Chad graduated from Creighton University in Omaha, Nebraska with his Doctorate of Dental Surgery. After dental school Chad and Jodie returned to the Rathdrum area where Chad established his current dental practice in 1998. Jodie is a teacher for the Lakeland School District.
Chad is a very involved member of the community, being a strong supporter of the Lakeland Schools, the Booster Club and the Rathdrum Chamber of Commerce. He enjoys sports and coaching his daughters' basketball teams. Chad can often be found attending the local football, basketball and volleyball games. He is an avid Seahawks fan. He also likes to take advantage of the beautiful area in which we live by boating, swimming, fishing, skiing and wakeboarding.
Dr. Daniel Whitesitt offers fillings, crowns and bridges, implant crowns and bridges, root canals, extractions and whitening and he is Invisalign certified. He enjoys dentistry because it allows him the opportunity to build relationships, help others and give back to his hometown community. He is an avid fly fisherman and enjoys hiking, skiing and watching football. Dr. Whitesitt is a graduate of Lakeland High School.

What a wonderful experience if going to the dentist! From the time you walk in the door it's very clean, friendly staff to say "hello" and make you feel comfortable. Hardly no waiting till I was taken back and seen by a lovely young hygienist that explained everything she did, all the steps she was taking a long the way and why, and she did a fantastic cleaning for me pain free! Lol The dentist was friendly, a real handshake! Friendly, nicely dressed, explained any areas of concern to me. Overall a great experience!! Highly recommend!

Would highly recommend them and trust you would not be disappointed. 09/21/21, excellent cleaning appointment and conversation. Enjoyed my visit and the very accommodating friendly staff. 05/31/22. Once again very satisfied with the Doctor and staff. Very professional and friendly makes for an enjoyable visit. Dr. Chad is very knowledgeable and explains in English the treatment needed. Would not hesitate to recommend Lakeland Family Dental for all your treatment needs. I had the shortest crown prep and fitting I've ever experienced. One hour total time. No pain, no discomfort. Dr. Chad and assistant did a great job.

No one looks forward to going to the dentist, but after today experience I have definitely changed my opinion. From making an appointment to meeting the ladies at the front desk,and being greeted by the hygienist then the Dentist it was a wonderful experience. I can't say enough how friendly and welcoming everyone was. I would highly recommend Lakeland Family Dental.

Chad Devore and his staff are excellent! I have been going there 15 years almost and anytime I have a dental emergency they go above and beyond to help me. They treat you more like family then just a patient. We are so blessed to have such a caring dentist and staff in our community.
