Dr. Courtney Mayor, Dr. Rachael Yopp, and Dr. Erica Thomas provide excellence in a full range of dental treatments and can give you that dazzling new smile you've always dreamed about! We specialize in cosmetic dentistry, including crowns, bonding, porcelain veneers and in-office whitening.
Dr. Yopp grew up in the Tampa Bay Area, attending Tampa Prep High school before moving to Virginia to complete her undergraduate degree at Washington and Lee University, where she played four years of collegiate volleyball. She earned her DDS from the Virginia Commonwealth University School of Dentistry in Richmond, VA.
She returned to Florida to complete her residency in Advanced Education in General Dentistry through the University of Florida in St. Petersburg, specializing in implant dentistry, oral surgery, endodontics, and advanced prosthodontics.
Dr. Courtney Mayor was raised in the city of St. Petersburg, FL. She graduated Magna Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Sciences from the University of South Floridas Honors College. Continuing her education, she graduated from the University of Florida College of Dentistry where she was awarded her Doctor of Dental Medicine degree.
Dr. Mayor is the past President of the Academy of General Dentistrys Tampa Chapter which holds monthly continuing education courses for General Dentists on the latest trends in dentistry. When at home, she is usually enjoying time with her husband, son, and daughter.
Dr. Erica Thomas grew up in the suburbs outside of Philadelphia, PA. She graduated Magna Cum Laude from Temple University with a Bachelor of Arts in Biology. She continued her education at Temple University Kornberg School of Dentistry, where she graduated Summa Cum Laude with her Doctor of Dental Medicine degree. She spent four years serving as a dental officer in the United States Navy, including three years treating patients in Okinawa, Japan. Dr. Thomas enjoys traveling and spending time with her husband and daughter.
Dr. Foshee was born and raised in a small town outside Orlando of St. Cloud, FL. Dr. Foshee is a graduate of Jacksonville University with a B.S. in Biology. He subsequently completed a masters in Biomedical Sciences at Barry University in Ft. Lauderdale, Fl. He is a graduate of LECOM School of Dentistry.
Carly graduated from Hopkinsville Community College in Kentucky with her Associate in Science. Shortly after returning home she graduated Magna Cum Laude from South Florida State College where she received her Dental Hygiene degree. In her spare time she loves to be on the water and spending time with her friends and family.
A Lakeland native, Alice knew when she was 17 years old that she wanted to pursue a career in the dental field. After working as a dental hygienist for over 32 years, she is certain she made to right choice! She loves sharing with patients how to obtain optimal dental health and teaching what tools and techniques are needed to maintain a healthy mouth. Alice joined Dr. Valentine in 2009 and looks forward to getting to know her patients better in the years ahead.
Happily married for 27 years, she loves spending time with her husband, 2 daughters and one granddaughter. Alice is an active member of Lake Gibson Church of the Nazarene and volunteers with at risk youth. In her leisure time, she enjoys reading, kayaking, bicycling, traveling, and the beach.
Born in Lakeland and a graduate of Lake Gibson H.S., Danielle realized her dream of becoming a Registered Dental Hygienist after receiving her A.S. from Hillsborough Community College in 2011. Danielle always strives to make her patients feel as comfortable as possible during their visits while providing quality care.
Sonia graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree as a Dental Surgeon in Nicaragua and has been working in the field of dentistry since 2015. She moved to Florida with her family and fulfilled one of her goals of becoming a dental hygienist. Her greatest passion is to work with patients to promote healthy oral hygiene. She loves spending time with her son and husband. They love to watch movies together and enjoy their favorite foods.
A native Tennessean, Emily earned her Bachelors Degree in Business Management from Tennessee Tech University. She has a strong passion for serving others and connecting with patients each day. Since recently relocating to Florida, her new hobbies include spending time at Disney, the beach, and grilling by the pool with family and friends. In addition, Emily and her husband stay busy with church activities and their 3 children.
Born and raised in Florida, Bree enjoys spending time with friends and family. At the end of the day, her goal is to help anyone that she encounters the best she possibly can. She loves her dogs and cattle, and her and her boyfriend welcomed their first child in December of 2021.

Lakeland Dental Professionals is by far the best dental office I have ever been to! The dentists and dental assistants are skilled and competent and their work is thorough while also being gentle. They are very empathetic to people with dental anxiety and go out of their way to communicate the details of procedures and make you feel comfortable. Also, their prices are similar compared with other practices and they are proactive about making sure that your insurance billing aligns with what you're billed by their office. Both in the way they perform their work and in their interactions, the people at Lakeland Dental Professionals demonstrate the utmost care for their profession and their patients.

I have been taken advantage of and charged for a service I did not ask for. I have been going to see Dr Valentine for 10 years and never had a bill. He recently sold his practice and now you will be taken advantage of. I requested the dentist only do to my teeth what my insurance covers. I never authorized anything else. If this is how you now run this business I will no longer be a client. And trust I will reach out online, to dr Valentine who is a family friend of what you just did to take advantage of a single mom. I'm highly disappointed in what has just happened. I have been a client for 10 years of dr valentine and traveled from Tampa to see him. The bill they just stuck me with for a teeth cleaning is ridiculous and completely not okay. I will also write to the better business bureau to what this dentist is doing to take money from good hard working people.

I've been going here every 6 months since I moved to Lakeland in 2020. No one likes going to the dentist, but the hygienists and dentists are all so friendly and gentle that I actually enjoy getting my teeth cleaned now!

I've had a rather difficult experience with a crown, but this office is great to work with. I understand that they call it a dental practice for a reason, these folks are super smart but not perfect. What I look for in any business is if they're willing to have a rational conversation with their clients and find a solution. Well Lakeland Dental Pros were great to work with and in the end we got it all sorted out. They were fair and accommodating and I'm happy to be a long time customer here. I've been a patient since 2014 and I've always found their approach to dental care to have that hometown community office feel. As opposed to some of these strip mall dental practices that try to upsell you $2,000 worth of work you don't really need, I've never received anything other than genuine medical care in this office which lets me know I can trust the doctors and their staff.

Dr. Yopp and staff are amazing. Final steps of implant and what a difference their modern technology makes! No goop... just robotics. I love no longer having dental anxiety too! Highly recommend

I have white knuckle sensitivity issues. No matter who tends to me, they are always so helpful and caring making sure I am ok throughout a simple cleaning or putting in a crown. I am forever grateful to them.
