Dr. Peggy Grayson is a Tulsa native. She attended Oklahoma State University for undergraduate studies and then the University of Oklahoma College of Dentistry for a Bachelor of Sciences in Dental Hygiene. She worked as a hygienist for 10 years before returning to the University of Oklahoma College of Dentistry to receive her Doctorate of Dental Surgery in 2000. Dr. Grayson then completed a General Practice Residency at the University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics including the VA hospital in Iowa City. After vowing to not venture north again, ever, she came back to Tulsa to set up a practice, Dr. Peggy Merrill Family Dentistry, in 2002. She sold her practice and moved to the Grand Lake area in 2018 and is now in the process of building what will turn out to be more of a menagerie than a ranch with her husband, John. They enjoy watching football, specifically OSU and Green Bay (the only reason to go back to theTundra!), traveling and scuba diving.
