Dr. Bellingham grew up in Pearland, Texas, a suburb outside of Houston. She completed her undergraduate studies at St. Edwards University in Austin, Texas, where she obtained a Bachelor of Science in Biology and graduated summa cum laude. She went on to dental school at the University of Texas Health Science Center in San Antonio where she served as Class President and graduated with Research Honors. She then completed an additional year of Advanced Training in General Dentistry (AEGD) as a Resident of the VA Hospital in Temple, Texas. Having loved her time during her residency in the VA setting, she accepted a full time staff dentist position at the Veterans Health Administration of North Texas in Dallas and served our nations Veterans, overseeing their dental care for 10 years. During that time she also served in a teaching role, as an attending to the General Practice Residents (GPR) at the Dallas VA.
While she loved her position at the VA for so many years, she had the desire to work closer to home since her son was approaching school age. This was her motivation in purchasing her own office and becoming a part of the Little Elm community in 2018. Dr Bellingham is currently a member of the ADA, TDA, Dallas County Dental Society, AGD, Seattle Study Club, and the DFW Study Club. She loves being a lifelong learner and advancing her skills and knowledge by staying up to date with the latest in dental advancements.
Dr. Bellingham lives in Highland Village and has one son Henry who is a great source of her entertainment. She enjoys a range of activities in and around the lake such as being a CG camper going on 4 years, stand up paddle boarding (SUP), swimming, and hiking.

Great place. Went there and had to get tooth extracted they went over everything step by step and made me feel very comfortable. Also went over the price step by step making sure I knew how much it was going to cost and why.

9/19/22 The saying is true, you don't know what you got until it's gone! I decided to get a cavity right when Dr. Bellingham was out of the office, this was unfortunate news! She currently has colleague dentist(s) in office to assist. Although kind, they don't compare to Dr. Nicole Bellingham as she is patient, gentle and personable. Dr. Bellingham will be back in business hopefully by mid October I'm told. I made a great decision in picking her as our dentist and I have no desire to go elsewhere. Thank you for going into this business Dr. Bellingham and I wish you a speedy recovery! For selfish reasons, I hope you're available for my next visit! Dr. Bellingham has new front of the house staff and new hygienists with the exception of 1 hygienist who still remains from the last 2 years. No complaints regarding new employees.

First time patient. Very welcoming. Did not feel rushed on the cleaning and felt comfortable. I was shown my x-rays and given treatment plan and estimated cost.

This was my second time visiting Dr. Bellingham and her staff. I have to say, "what an impressive team!" Very professional, friendly, personable and thorough - I appreciated how attentive the entire staff was to ensuring I was comfortable, but I was particularly impressed with how detailed and concise the hygienist and Dr. Bellingham were in explaining the entire process. Needless to say, I think I've finally found a dentist office I can trust and enjoy.

Friendly and professional staff and a very pleasant experience. My visit was as good a dental experience as one could hope for. Shawn, who is a very nice lady will greet you at the front desk when you walk in, she has been a lot of help. Doctor Bellingham is the first dentist in all my 64 years on this planet who gave me numerous Novocain injections without me feeling the needle go in. NO PAIN! I could not even tell you how many times she injected around the tooth being repaired. She has an amazing talent indeed! The doctor removed an old crown, drilled a cavity and filled it with absolutely no discomfort. Melanie, the office dental assistant (she could have a fancier title, I'm not sure) is highly skilled in her molding, creating and fitting of my temporary crown. An amazing group of professionals. Kudos to all you lovely ladies.

After losing a filling, Dr. Bellingham replaced it with a crown which was needed. But in the process she caused severe trauma to the tooth and adjacent tooth. Had cold and hot sensitivity in both teeth and headaches for a month+. Will not be returning.

I waited a day so after my treatment because I was waiting for the familiar pain and discomfort to set in. But Dr Bellingham did such an amazing job that that never happened. Great experience. And I can highly recommend treatment here

Today was my first visit. The staff and Dr. Bellingham were very friendly. Shelly was my hygienist and she was incredibly thorough and gentle in her cleaning. She also explained every step of the cleaning process.
