Macy is awesome! I've had some bad experiences with previous dentist's so I dislike going. Macy is always cheerful and makes me feel welcome while listening to my concerns as well. Dr Day is awesome too and gets to know you on more than just a doctor banter in between patients. My whole family goes here and they've been awesome with my 6 year old and 3 year old. Highly recommend!

I have nothing but good words to say about the staff at Lakecrest Dental Owasso. I always feel taken care of when I'm there. My hygienist, Macy, was very thorough and friendly!! Dr Day is awesome. They both provided excellent care!! I always leave the office feeling good because my teeth are so clean!! Thanks again for providing excellent care!!

I'm giving 5 stars, because I can't give 6! Shaw and Dr. Day are absolutely skilled at their profession and AMAZING people. I'm 56 years old and can't remember a time in my life when people went out of their way to help me as LakeCrest in Owasso has. Shaw and Dr. Day are easy to talk to, have good personalities and generally CARE about the people they help. I didn't listen to my Mother and should have taken care of my teeth and I'm paying the price for it now. I don't have many teeth left and normally in a lot of pain. I'm a disabled Vet and never had the money to do anything about it. I got on the Donated Dental list about a year ago here in Oklahoma and they just called me the other day and scheduled my appointment with Dr. Day at LakeCrest. The funny part is my Niece who lives in Oologah is always saying how much she loves him and her staff, so it was a blessing to get his office. I even got a call from them, just seeing how I was! Keep in mind, this is DONATED services! Shaw even went out of her way to make sure I'd have gas to make it back on the 28th to get my teeth removed and my temp dentures in! This was the best dentist visit that I have had. Macy was very caring and did a great job of X-rays and cleaning my teeth. She explained everything and made sure I was doing okay. I have been here twice and have had a great experience each time. All the employees are so sweet and down to earth and really made me feel comfortable; and Dr. Day is so kind and gentle. They did a great job and look forward to my next appointment!

Everyone from the front office to back were professional, kind, and gentle. They took the time to explain everything, answered all questions, and were very understanding of our special circumstances. I would highly recommend this clinic.

Outstanding from start to finish! The staff at the front are lovely and inviting, and no hard pressure sales once in the chair (unlike some other dentists I've been to). My Tech for cleaning/x-ray was Macy and she was the most thorough, sweet and gentle ever, and Dr. Day was equally impressive, informative and kind. Highly recommend!

Absolutely the best dental experience I've had...and I'm old. LOL. Went looking for a new dentist as I'm new to Oklahoma and I lucked out. My dental plan was based on my needs; I never felt like I was just a business transaction.

I've been extremely pleased with Lakecrest Dental. Dr. Day is very nice and happy to help with any dental issue. The rest of the staff are so friendly and willing to see you through the process. I would definitely recommend this dental office.

Exceptional! I hadn't been to the dentist in years and was very nervous about being seen but, from the time I called in an impromptu next day appointment to when I was filling out paperwork in the office, I was met with a welcoming kindness. The people at the front desk are very cordial and helpful and dispelled my anxiety about going to the dentist. Misty was an excellent, considerate hygienist with great humor who explained everything very well and helped me rebuild my confidence in my dental health! I would absolutely recommend LakeCrest.

Then the cheerful spirit, Gina, the office manager, who is ready to get you checked in and squared away for your appointment. I'm very thankful for the dental hygienist, Misty, I'm building healthier dental care habits because of her professional care. She is direct but thoughtful. My smile genuinely matters. She offers lots of tips, tricks, and resources to help you care of your teeth. Truly, she strives to figure out what best fits the patients lifestyle for better dental health. At this point , this is hands down the worst dental facility we have experienced. Went in for a crown , and over ONE MONTH later , have had several temporaries that fall off after only a few days, constant miscommunication, and the first crown that came in broke while they were putting it in , and now the second one they ordered is 'lost'. I spoke to the manager and she offered absolutely no help, no explanation and no solution. Do not choose this group for your dental care .
