I was very unhappy when I first arrived as there was a big miscommunication regarding my retainers. They corrected immediately and made everything right. They even made it to where my retainers would be shipped to me to keep me from having to make an additional trip. This place prides themselves on making their patients happy and they did just that with me.

I had Dr Saxena install an implant to replace a molar thus afternoon. . She and her staff did a good job. I was a bit apprehensive since it was done under local anesthetic, but it was not terribly painful. I'll likely consider her office for future work. It's unfortunate she does not accept Medicare Advantage dental coverage.

PURE AMAZING!!! The whole staff is friendly! They told me what was best and gave me options. They are very reasonable on prices with top tier services! They advice what they can do for me rather than what they can't and did all within power to meet my needs, in which was meet! Highly recommended! If I could I would give them 10 starts!!!!!

The staff at the Lake Creek Austin Advanced Dentistry are always so welcoming and friendly. On my last visit for a procedure, they kept me informed of what they would doing as well as making sure I was feeling no discomfort during the procedure. I always feel comfortable going to them for my dental needs.

Had a 3:30 pm appointment today but needed to change at the last minute to an earlier appointment. They were so gracious to move me up to 9:30 am. Great experience each time I'm there and Dr. Saxena is great. She has a plan in place and it is moving at the expected pace. Maybe a little faster.
