I was lucky to have a great dentist when I was young, and I never found anything I would rather do. I try to treat patients the same way I would treat my family the same way I would like to be treated. Most of all, I want to give my patients every reason to send us their friends and family.'
I prefer to educate my patients about their options and let them make the decision that's best for them. I hope to give every patient the wisdom to meet their current dental needs and educate them about how to prevent future dental problems.

We have many skilled Dental Hygienists who will clean your teeth, examine you for signs of oral diseases such as gingivitis, and provide other preventive dental services. They will also give you tools tailored to improving and maintaining good oral health. We make it our goal to get to know our patients for a more personal experience.
Dental assistants are qualified individuals who contribute significantly to the dental team. We perform a variety of tasks, from patient care to office and laboratory duties. We assist the dentist in providing more efficient dental treatment. This allows the dentist to focus more time on the procedure and the patient needs; the dental assistant then effectively becomes the operator's extra hands. Each of us chose this field because we have a desire and passion to help people to have better dental health and a better understanding of their dental needs.

Lake Wylie Family Dentistry is the best! Family is the key word! They truly are your "family" working together to care for your teeth and mouth. We love Dr. Stahl and Tina, our hygienist. Both are kind, listen to concerns, offer solutions, and never rush the visit-----very professional! Staff are always helpful and understanding if an appointment needs to be changed. We have been a "family" member for almost 8 years!

Dr. Blackmon and team are truly top tier. I live near uptown Charlotte but when I had an emergency I knew she was the only one I needed to go to. Couldn't give enough praise to this practice.

I always feel welcomed by the friendly staff. Coming to the office is like visiting family.. Care and comfort are always first and foremost. On my recent visit, I shared photos of my new grandchild. Dr. Blackman always asks about my children, even though they are grown and long gone from the area. My hygienist, Tina, always asks about my life and is genuinely interested in me as a person, not just a patient. I am well cared for at this office with these wonderful people.

As always they were extremely welcoming, professional, efficient, and knowledgeable. I've been many places but here I feel like they are just better than others I've been to but yet humble about and not the sky high cost of others who do come close to the level of treatment. I'm grateful for their help in helping me get with the right people for having a major oral surgery and four months later I'm 100% recovered and you can't even tell I had the surgery.

Lake Wylie Family Dentistry was recommended for us when it was time for my daughter to start going to the dentist. She is now 13. We have always been more than pleased with the way they have treated her and made her feel comfortable. Dr. Blackmon is fabulous! We had a different hygienist today..Heather...and she was phenomenal! We are looking forward to seeing her next time. The customer service from the time you walk in the door is exceptional.

I have been a patient of this Dental Practice for many years. Dr. Blackmon is not only an outstanding Dentist, but also a truly kind and caring person. She makes you feel that you are her most important client each time she sees you. And I believe that she actually feels that way. The support staff is also exceptional from the front office to the hygienists and assistants. My last visit was with a new (to me) hygienist and she went out of her way to make me feel comfortable and cared for. In fact, Jessie cleaned my Night Guard so well, I asked her if she had traded it in for a new one! All in all, this practice is a tremendous asset to the Lake Wylie area and we are lucky to have this caliber of dental care in our neighborhood.

9 years ago I had my smile redone by Dr. Snell. I opted for crowns over veneers and am incredibly happy with the work that was done! I get complimented by my regular VA dentists on his work especially around the gum line, and am just so grateful for how well they are holding up and how great it feels to smile freely these past 9 years! Thank you Dr. Snell!

Absolutely, Lake Wylie Family Dentistry is THE BEST! Everyone is so friendly and helpful with my dental care. My dentist , Dr Blackmon is a delight to work with . She is always caring and she takes the time to answer my questions. I am very pleased with the dental care she provides.. Lake Wylie Family Dentistry has been there for me and my family for a number of years now. Be it cleanings or emergency visits prior vacations, they have always taken care of us. My cleaning yesterday was no exception. Ansley's thoroughness and professionalism coupled with her, and the rest of the staff's, pleasant attitudes keeps us returning.

I have known Dr. Stall for over twenty years and started going to him because I am one of those people who are fearful of dentists and a mutual friend recommended him. I have moved several times and still drive the twenty miles to see him twice a year. He is very competent, gentle and caring. I have always found the administrative people and hygienists to be great too. I would recommend him 100%!

I have been going to Dr. Blackmon for over 20 years, when I started I had a huge fear of dentists, so I avoided them at all costs (my teeth). Dr. Blackmon and my Hygienist at the time Judy, worked with me to the point that I no longer fear the dentist. Without Dr. Blackmon and Judy, I'm sure I would be taking my teeth out at night instead of brushing them. Dr. Blackmon and her team are the best! I highly recommend them!

Overpriced. They won't accept certain types of insurance because they want to be able to charge you too much. Poor people need dental Care too and why should we have to drive an hour away to get it? Well because practice is like this are allowed to say that they don't want to accept patients with certain types of insurance so we have to drive to another town for dental care because that's where they feel like all us poor people belong I guess.
