Dr. Winter is a highly-trained dentist with over 30 years of experience. He graduated from SUNY at Stony Brook School of Dental Medicine, with honors in 1989. After completing a general practice residency at Long Island Jewish Hospital, Dr. Winter established his practice. His passion for dentistry comes from the direct impact he has had on the lives of his patients.
Dr. Robert Olan is a highly experienced dental specialist of Periodontology, practicing Periodontics and Dental Implantology since 1991. He graduated with Dr. Winter from SUNY at Stony Brook School of Dental Medicine with honors, and received his certificate in Periodontics from New York University - College of Dentistry.
Jenn has been active in the dental field since 1987. For more than 20 years, she has taken care of the front desk in our practice. Over the years she has forged many relationships with our patients; watching patients grow up and navigate through life is what she finds most rewarding about her job.
Dr. Winters passion for dentistry has led him to complete thousands of hours of continuing education. He is a lifelong student, learning from some of dentistry's best teachers. Dr. Winter is Invisalign certified and has completed advanced training in sleep apnea, myofacial pain (TMJ) and occlusal disease.Dr. Winters philosophy of practice was most influenced by his completion of the Continuum courses at the world-renowned Pankey Institute for Advanced Dental Education in Key Biscayne, Florida.
Dr. Winter is an active member of the American Dental Association, the New York State Dental Society and the Nassau County Dental Society. He is also an active member of multiple New York Study Groups committed to excellence in dentistry. Dr. Winter, together with his wife, Alyssa, has three wonderful daughters and is a very proud grandfather.
Dr. Olan is an active member of the American Academy of Periodontology and the Queens County Dental Society where he is on the board of trustees and participates with the Peer Review Process where he consults as an expert in Periodontics and Dental Implantology. Dr. Olan continues to advance his knowledge in Dental Implants and Periodontics by taking continuing education courses from dentistrys top practitioners.

My experience in this dentist office has been outstanding. Prior to my previous surgery procedure they were very detailed with information and preparation. They followed up with calls to ensure I was feeling ok. The staff was diligent with making me comfortable and answered my questions with patience. They looked at every angle they could to help me schedule necessary procedures and payment plans. My procedure was successfully and I was greatly satisfied with the results. They were also very helpful and patient with showing me how useful my healthcare app is. I can honestly say I would recommend this office to everyone. You will be greatly satisfied. I must mention the office vibe is filled with good energy and positive things around it.

I went alone to a check up & Dr Winters comes up with 12 cavities all at once. My mom called and questioned this that,w/e. We did the process. Here we are 11 years later, and i still ask my new dentist how the hell was that possible. I was scammed and so were my parents. I am so glad we left this practice because to this day still not one cavity.

I was introduced to doctor Olan who was to do a implant procedure on me. The initial procedure was done last week and went quite smoothly with essentially no pain and Though complicated by a bridge Was completed in a timely fashion. Doctor Olan has a good bedside manner and reduced my anxiety level with the confidence in his ability to perform The procedure while talking me through it step-by-step. If you need the procedure, I highly recommend Dr. Olan.

I was referral to Lake Success Dental Group and had my first consultation visit with Dr. Winter. He was very thorough and very patient. He did a very thorough examination and explained candidly and patiently to me about the pro and cons of different treatments on a problematic tooth. The office is also very clean and spacious. Had a great impression of the place!

Dr Winter has been our dentist for over 10 years. My husband and I are extremely happy with his work. He's done an amazing job with my new front caps. I love to smile all the time now. His hygienist and his staff are wonderful. Always a great experience.

I've been going to Lake Success Dental Group for about 8 years now. Dr. Winter and his staff are wonderful and I've sent a couple referrals here. I have noticed that with the change in office location that there are more hygienists staffed. While that is not necessarily a bad thing, the reason I'm giving 4 stars and not 5 is because I've noticed a decline in the thoroughness of my cleanings. Quality over quantity.

My initial call to make an appointment was very informative. Alyssa was very pleasant and took the time to explain everything to me and answered all my questions. Dr. Winter was professional as well as funny and put things in perspective. Jenn and Alyssa were super helpful especially regarding my insurance questions. I would definitely recommend this Group if you are looking for quality care as well as a friendly and knowledgeable staff!!!

Everyone I have dealt with over the years has been caring and competent. The dental hygienists are very thorough; they also provide useful feedback and tips to ensure you practice proper brushing and flossing at home.
