I've been going to Dr. Ta for ten years (since I was 12) and she has always been so compassionate and caring. She makes sure I'm taken care of and helps make sure my appointments are efficiently scheduled because I drive up from Lakeland (2 hours away). Seeing Dr. Ta is worth the drive because I know I'm always in good care here. Everyone at Lake Quality Dental is always so kind to work with.

Dr. Ta was very thorough with my initial exam. She showed me pictures of my teeth and explained what I needed and why. The hygienist Heather was very thorough with the deep cleaning.

I am glad I switched to this office. Dr. Ta is very informative. I was amazed that my previous dentist didn't tell/show me the problems I have. The hygienist, Heather explained my gum disease and even pointed out the bone loss and tarter on the x-ray. I felt comfortable during my treatment. I wish I would have found them sooner. Very thorough.

I've been coming to Lake Quality Dental over 3 years . They're hands down the best . They are all compassionate and professional!! Heather my Hygienist is the best . She's always has me leaving with the best Knowledge on my home care or other concerns !

The Support staff: Debra, Valerie, Joy, Heather and others are efficient, empathetic, and very competent. Dr. Ta is a highly experienced quality dental professional seriously focused on client care and comfort. Reasonable rates and prompt insurance claim submission. We love Dr. Ta and her staff!

If I could leave less than one star I would. By far the worst dental experience. The dental assistants were nice.. although it took me 4 visits for them to get one treatment right. The dentist here always seems to be in a rush. The front office woman was absolutely disgusting. She was so nasty to me, it brought me to tears right there in the office. Even other customers felt bad about how she spoke to me. I was charged for things that should have been billed to my insurance and they refused to bill these things to the insurance and demanded that I pay before they would finish the service. My insurance had to contact them directly and ask that they give me my money back. They have said they're refunding my money. I do not have it yet, still waiting. I have not yet received even a simple apology for the rude front desk person or the horrible experience or the fact that I had to go there 4 times to fix one issue.

I am thankful that my neighbor referred me to Dr. Ta and Heather. I had the best cleaning and felt comfortable with all the safety measures they are doing. Dr. Ta and the assistant were very detailed in the exam. Heather was gentle and thorough in the "deep cleaning"

I HAVE BEEN A DENTAL ASSISTANT OF DR. TA FOR ABOUT 20 YEARS. SHE A COMPASSIONATE AND A DEDICATED DENTIST . SHE HAS NEVER HESITATED TO DO DENTAL WORK ON HER TEAM. SHE ACTUALLY ENCOURAGES US TO TAKE CARE OF OUR TEETH AND WILL WORK ON OUR TEETH IF NEEDED AT NO COST. I WAS HAVING SO MUCH PAIN WITH ONE OF MY TEETH AND I KNEW IT NEEDED TX. DR. TA DID ROOT CANAL TREATMENT AND A CROWN IN ONE APPT. WITH THE QULITY AND CARE I KNOW DR. TA HAS I WAS NOT AFRAID. I NEVER FELT ANY DISCOMFORT. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND DR. HELENE TA AS YOUR DENTIST.

Came for a second opinion from another dental office who quoted me an arm and a let. So glad I found Dr. Ta. She was very knowledgeable and transparent when it came to my treatment plan. Love the staff and the location was so convenient! Highly recommend Dr. Ta to all my friends and family!
