I have been with Lake Pointe Dental since 2004. Every time, I am treated with respect, listened to, and given the services needed or referred to those who can do the work. I use to live behind the office, but life had taken me to farther away cities, yet, I will make the drive. Once you have a great dental team, you hold in to them as long as possible. The dental team and Dr. H. rocks the block.

I have been going to Lake pointe Dental. My last appointment was a bad experience. I went in to have a lost partial replaced, I had already spoken to my insurance carrier about my copays well, the Dentist refused to hear me out concerning my insurance, he refused to start the process unless he received the WHOLE AMOUNT ,after I opted not to pay the complete bill ,I would rather pay the copay and bill my insurance, he refused to continue to talk to me and referred me to a cheaper place and walked of the room. I found them to be money grabbers don't really care about their patients unless they see thousands of upfront cash money.. I would NEVER go back again.

Dr Harfoush's speed and efficiency were excellent! The speed that my cavity was filled was under 15 minutes - I was shocked he was done. I kept waiting for the discomfort but there was never any. He has made me a believer. His hygenist's have always been thorough pleasant and professional. I was waiting to see how a cavity filling went before I did a crown, but he has made me a believer

Each person was super kind, personable, and caring. I am usually scared to go to the dentist, but ever since I came here, it has been the opposite. I love going here. Every person I met during my appointment was amazing.

My experience with Lake Pointe Dental was exceptional. They were friendly, did an outstanding job with my dental work and the prices are reasonable compared to other quotes in the area. I highly recommend them.

Well I think this falls back on the insurance coordinator because she said it takes 30 days for a prior authorization with my insurance told me it only takes 2 to 3 days and then my insurance had confronted the Insurance coordinator... and let her know that she was full of it and lying and then she started talking about claim in my insurance agent wanted to know how did it get off of my prior authorization to a claim and what does that have to do with me

The staff was kind and friendly. The establishment was very clean and organized. Staff were serious about the CDC COVID guidelines. The dentist was amazing! My experience was a positive one! I definitely recommend this dental office:).
