Dr. Waack and his staff are incredible! I recently went in for a tooth extraction after a failed root canal (done by another office) that was also causing extensive sinus problems. Within 24 hours after surgery, all of my sinus symptoms were gone and I felt no jaw discomfort after the extraction. Lake Pine Oral Surgery is an outstanding, highly skilled office. I couldn't recommend them higher!

Bridget and the ladies answering the phones and helping patients are amazing. Bridget personally walked me through the process of a consultation, the price with my insurance, and talked with me through my panic of how to pay and my options, plus scheduling and rescheduling - not once but 3 times. It really feels like she understands that some patients are going through a really rough time and to give them a little bit of patience and support. It meant so much. While I was successfully able to (after 6 mos of not knowing what was wrong with me) fix my oral issue - I would HIGHLY recommend coming here and working with these ladies, Bridget especially. THANK YOU, your kindness did not go unnoticed.

I had all of my wisdom teeth removed here and I am so glad I did because the staff and Dr. Waack we're incredible! I was nervous prior to the surgery but they got my mind off of it by talking to me about other things and making me laugh. They did an incredible job on the surgery and I highly recommend!!

If you like going to the DMV, you're going to love Lake Pine Oral Surgery. I went to Lake Pine Oral Surgery to have my wisdom teeth removed. When I went there for my consultation, they had me sit in the waiting room for over an hour just to set up an appointment. It took just a few minutes to do but cost me hundreds of dollars. On the day of my surgery they had a "clerical error" where they mischeduled my appointment to be later in the day than they told me it was, even after they called me confirming the false time the day before the appointment. I had to sit in their waiting room for two more hours before the actual surgery, where you cant drink or eat anything twelve hours beforehand. Three weeks after the appointment they randomly charged me without any warning because of "insurance stuff". My experience with Lake Pine Oral Surgery was unprofessional, uncaring, and unapologetic. These people are after your wallet, not your teeth.

After a dental injury, I was referred here by my dentist to seek treatment. Dr Waack & staff we super nice and explained everything wrong with my jaw super simply for me to understand. Unfortunately (well I am happy about it) I did not need to get surgery to fix the injury, so, he had to refer me to another specialist, but, his wealth of knowledge and great bed side manner left me with a great experience! Recommend Dr Waack & his staff to anyone that needs an oral surgeon!

Arriving to my appointment, I was told I didn't have an appointment even though I clearly did and I even had written proof sent to my inbox regarding the time and day- the receptionist seemed rather confused by this.Went to this clinic to get Botox for my TMJ situation. After getting the treatment-one side of my jaw looked strange as the bone was protruding the day after for some months after. I was referred by my dentist and ended up paying full amount myself since the clinic failed to tell me my insurance would not cover this treatment prior to my visit. Had to call the clinic several times to get an official paper to send to my health insurance to see if there's anyway to cover the fee. Took many tries until Brittany finally helped me as she was the only responsive person at the clinic. Called several months later as I was told Botox is 11 dollars a unit as a fixed rate But then Julie informs me that it's 13 a unit now. Inconsistency and failure to get clear information will has made my experience less than inviting. My TMJ situation was not resolved as not enough Botox was placed into the Masseter muscles- I will not be going back.

I had my wisdom teeth removed TODAY, and let me tell you, I was terrified. I've never had any dental work done before, I've only had braces. But, the team of girls that worked on me did EVERYTHING to keep me calm and relaxed, and we're super understanding of my fears. Dr Waack came in and made sure I was feeling okay, and before I knew it I was waking up again and ready to go. The team was amazing. I hope I never need to have an extraction done again, but if I do, I will only go to Dr Waack.

I have had complicated dental issues my whole life and have had more work and procedures done than I can count. My most recent procedure was the first I've had done at Lake Pine and I will never go anywhere else again. Dr. Waack is the first who actually properly numbed me. I thought it was normal to still feel pain during procedures until Dr. Waack worked on me. He and the rest of the staff are kind, friendly, gentle, and that made for a calm and peaceful experience. Because of how complicated my issues are, Dr. Waack made sure with another specialist, before doing my procedure, that it could be done in a way that would truly work and look natural, whereas other dentists just did the work for the pay without any concern about the long term functionality and cosmetics. Absolutely recommend him for anybody!

Great, friendly office. Very informative with all and any questions one may have and they make you feel comfortable! Aside from that, my biggest complaint is that I've been to Lake Pine 3 times now and have always waited at least 30 minutes past my appointment time, which defeats the purpose of said appointment and has made me late to other arrangements. Not sure the best way to fix that because things do happen in the back, but that can be a major pain and inconvenience for some folks.

Customers and staff were not wearing. masks. Felt very uncomfortable in the small waiting area. There really was no room for social distancing.
