Dr. Favalli has practiced pediatric dentistry and orthodontics for more than25 years. He was attracted to the dual specialties for the opportunities to bolster childrens self-esteem, along with their oral and emotional health, through their smiles.
Originally from Bermuda, Dr. Favalli moved to Atlanta in 1976 and graduated from Wake Forest University with a bachelor degree in biology. He attended the University of Florida, where he was awarded his Doctorate of Dental Medicine in 1994.
Dr. Favallis practice is centered on children, from toddlers through adolescents and young adults. Hes pleased to have an office that provides amenities that make children feel comfortable, and proud to have a staff that has extraordinary skills in working with children.
A dedicated lifelong learner, Dr. Favalli constantly pursues opportunities to strengthen his knowledge and skills. Through continuing education, he stays current on new ways to improve preventive techniques, as well as the latest materials, technologies, and methodologies.
Dr. Favalli is active in orthodontic study groups and regularly attends oral healthcare meetings, lectures, and seminars. This ensures he is informed of the newest advancements in pediatric dentistry and orthodontics, and able to incorporate the best into patient care.
Through these organizations, Dr. Favalli studies the latest research, emerging trends, and changes in diagnostics and treatment planning. This ensures he provideseach patient and family with all appropriate options that address their individual needs, concerns, and expectations.
Dr. Favalli and his family wife Monica, children Luca and Sofia, and their cat, Gallo reside in Fort Myers. When hes not creating smiles for patients, Dr. Favalli can most often be found hanging out at the beach with his family.

Over the years, as our first patients have grown up and moved on to adult and general dentists, many have chosen to return to us with their children. This loyalty, we feel, speaks volumes aboutthe level of personalized treatment we provide.
While much of our practice is dedicated to childrens dentistry and orthodontics, many former patients told us they miss the care experience we offer. Hearing their desires has led Dr. Favalli to expand our services:We now offer general and cosmetic dentistry for adults one day a week.
With young patients, we partner with parents, to designtreatment thats in the childs best interests, with a focus on lasting oral health. For our orthodontic patients, Dr. Favalli creates an individual treatment plan that is timely, comfortable, and efficient. This ensures the best experience and a beautifully healthy and finished smile!
Along with the preventive care we provide, we also teach patients and parents about oral health. Instead of lectures, we help people understand why it is crucialto keep their teeth and gums healthy and how to best to do it. We also offer practical guidance on nutrition and strategies to establish good dental hygiene habits. This helps children maintain a lifetime of healthy smiles!

Dr Favalli and the entire team are absolutely incredible. Since moving to Florida I struggled to find a practice that I was comfortable with until my daughter's pediatrician recommended Lakes Park. We live in Cape Coral and I will happily make the drive in rush hour traffic to know my daughter is receiving the best dental care possible. Not only is the level of medicine they practice impeccable, their bedside manner is equally impressive. Everyone I've met, from the front office team to the back office team and Dr Favalli himself have been very pleasant, friendly, and always take the time to answer any questions. I highly recommend this practice!!

Such welcoming people and very gentle. I have a 7 year old who had to have extensive work as well as an 11 year old who had 3 cavities yesterday. Of course it was a lot of work and he wasn't pleased, but it's a great reminder to brush and floss. I am very happy to recommend them.

Always had great experiences here for over a decade. In particular this time the new dental hygienist was very effective at convincing my son to brush/floss/mouthwash more frequently. She was great (as everyone there is).

We love Dr.Favalli! He loves our kids and they love him- he talks really fast so that's a little tricky but he is just the kindest man. When my son needed two cavities filled he did them at the same time which was an in the moment call so my son didn't have to come back for another appointment / round of giggle juice

Cannot say enough about Dr. Favalli and his entire staff. They are worth more than 5 stars. My daughter was beyond afraid of the dentist and they made her so comfortable and she was even able to get braces. After 22 months of braces they are now off and we could not be more happy. Thank you all so much. Aaliyah has not stopped smiling.
