I was a patient of Dr. Harp's and was so excited to resume my medical care by her when she was covered by my new insurance. However, I had tried and tried and the office staff makes it impossible.. I have called during business hours and the phone is never answered, I have called and been put on hold and no one will ever come back to the phone. I've left messages begging to make an appointment, and I have yet to have any luck. I've decided to just go elsewhere because of this ongoing issue.

Great primary care clinic with X-ray, lab, bone density all on site and Saturday hours. There's also a travel clinic!

Dr. Harp is excellent and has well rounded knowledge and is easy to talk to. She is grounded in reality and will listen to and work with her patients. The staff are friendly and will fit you in and are approachable and caring. Great doctor and clinic.

Got in the exam room promptly, which was great. But only spend about 15 minutes with Dr. Harp which I thought was strange since I am a new patient and haven't had a PCP in 5 years. I was told I was "good to go" by the nurse before being able to discuss any of my health concerns with the Doctor (the reasons why I scheduled the appointment in the first place.) After expressing this to the nurse, she said the doc didn't have time to see me again and that I can schedule another appointment. I understand that chair time with doctors is very valuable and there are other patients, but I also believe that having a genuine connection and experience is valuable as well. I am now on the hunt for another doctor to call my PCP.

Amazing staff and service. It's clear from the first visit that Dr. Hard and her staff really care about the patients well being. I've been a patient here for several years and now commute from Seattle for my appointments.
