Prompt service at front desk and from Dr JAVDAN. He listened to my concerns and answered my questions. 15 minutes after my appointment I called back for some clarification and once again he was very professional . I would definitely recommend him . This was my first visit to the office.

Dr Zhu is very professional, friendly,thorough with his work and punctual. He makes sure first and foremost I am comfortable during dental procedure. The staff are friendly and respectful. Lucy is great she takes care of the client as he or she walk into the clinic. Everyone is respectful kind and friendly.

It had been 2 years since my last visit. All the staff was warm and the Dr. Zhu is always so calming and knows I get extremely anxious at the dentists office. My husband and I love this office

I feel every staff member in the office is pleasant and compassionate! The staff facilitate to make what can be a stressful experience go smoothly and painlessly! Dr Zhu explains each step in the process before proceeding and frequently assessed my comfort level. Lucy was great in informing me of administrative issues with care. I feel the entire staff goes above and beyond to assist patient comfort. Thank you to all!

Overall, I had a positive experience with Dr. Zhu. He was caring, answered all my questions about crowns, and did a good job installing a Zirconia crown. I also appreciated prompt email responses from Lucy and the administrative staff's friendliness. There was a small issue with billing but it was resolved quickly.

1st at the office and I was super happy with the whole experience. Easy parking, clean cute office, front desk staff were super nice and helpful. Doctor was nice and and very thorough. There was very little waiting time. Glad I found this office!

Very professional! I satisfied with my every visit. Dr Zhu and his team has been very responsible on keeping me up with my oral health. Best customer service, not that is required for a dentist clinic. What I want to say is their services exceeded my expectations!

That was definitely the best experience I have ever had with a dentist. I had to have a tooth removed and a bone graph done because if a very strange work accident. I don't like going to the dentist at all but this was especially nerve racking. The dentist sat with me and answered all my questions and assured me that this was a routine procedure. He was the nicest dentist I have ever dealt with. I will definitely be using Lake Merced dentistry from here on out. I cannot recommend them enough.
