Nicholas A. White, DMD is a graduate of the University of Florida College of Dentistry, where he also attended the internationally recognized pediatric dental program at the University of Florida/Shands Hospital. During his additional two-year pediatric dental residency, he was trained in a number of procedures, including, but not limited to, all aspects of restorative dentistry, nitrous oxide analgesia, conscious sedation, hospital/surgical center treatment, orthodontics, behavior management, growth and development, and pediatric medicine, with a specific emphasis on hematology/oncology and physical/developmental disabilities.
Dr. Nick White is a Diplomate of the American Board of Pediatric Dentistry. He is also a member of the American Dental Association and theAmerican Academy of Pediatric Dentistry, and served as a past president of the Florida Academy of Pediatric Dentistry. Dr. White is also a courtesy assistant professor at the University of Florida College of Dentistry, Department of Pediatric Dentistry.
Dr. White and his wife Jennifer, originally from Las Vegas, attended the University of Nevada for undergraduate studies together. Both have been in Florida for a dozenyears and really enjoy calling it home. They have two daughters and appreciate the patience, concerns, and responsibilities that are necessarywith raising children.
In March2018, Dr. White was appointed by Florida Governor Rick Scott to serve on the Florida Board of Dentistry. This is the first time in more than 30 years that a pediatric dentist has been appointed to serve in this position. The Florida Board of Dentistry plays a leading role in communications with the public, legislature, dental colleges, the dental community, and national dental organizations.

Dr. White and his staff are wonderful. My daughter has been a patient for many years and looks forward to going to her dentist appointments, however, I'm submitting a 2-star review because we've now had more than one experience where the Practice Manager was unsympathetic, condescending, and dismissive to our needs as patients. Another big issue was this practice is not in network with any insurance providers. This doesn't make it easy on parents. We've decided to move on to a practice which is in network with our insurance carrier. We should have done this years ago.

My kids were excited to go to the dentist to their return appointment. We love this place, their setup to attend kids and their staff, also kind and making this a fun experience. We would definitely recommend.

We love Lake Mary Pediatric Dentistry! The kids love the lobby with the replica woody and video games. The staff are friendly - Rachel is the best! Their demeanor with children is excellent, especially Dr White. They do a great job and make visiting the dentist fun for our kids.

My son has been going to Lake Mary Pediatric Dentistry for 7 years. They are Great with him. They had to fill 2 cavities and gave him laughing gas. He was not scare and let them take care of him without any issues.

Not only was the office clean, but it had cartoons playing and a cute little bus my little ran straight to. Everyone was very friendly, especially Brittney, the dental assistant. She was patient and kind and never pushed my 6 yr old to do anything she was not comfortable with (taking the X-rays of the front teeth was scary) the dr was great and spoke to my child and explained everything he was doing which made her feel much more comfortable, as this was our first time here and these kind of things can be nerve racking. All in all, great experience and I would surely recommend!

We had been to this office before but seen by a different doctor (Not Dr. White) in the office. 2 years ago he told us that Lorelai wouldn't be able to come back bc she was too busy and wiggly. Since then we've searched and seen 2 other dentists who refused to see her without sedation. Last week we brought my oldest in to get his bi-annual and they were appalled by what we were told. They begged us to come back and give them another chance. Today was the day! No sedation, no tears, so much patience and understanding.... So if you're in the Central Florida area Lake Mary Pediatric Dentistry (Dr. Nick White) is the freaking bees knees.

This was our first visit for both my son and daughter. From making our appointment to walking out the door after their exam, everything was perfect! The staff are super sweet and informative. Best of all my kids loved their visit! Highly recommend!

I just took my 3 year old for his first dental visit at this office and could not have been happier. The decor is so kid-friendly and Antiqua (the assistant) was so amazing at putting my son at ease and walking him through his appointment. We had a great visit.
