I love being able to make a difference in the health of my patients. It makes me very proud when a patient smiles confidently. I also enjoy the new technologies that are a part of dentistry: Invisalign, lasers, localized antibiotics to treat periodontal disease and implants. All of these are exciting new areas that were not a part of dental practices when I was growing up. The future of dentistry is constantly changing and Im very excited to be a part of it.

Dr. Pinney has received advanced training in laser dentistry, Invisalign, implant placement and restoration, oral surgery and bone replacement techniques. He has also completed an advanced esthetic continuum which involved techniques for receiving superior results for full mouth restorations, particularly veneers and crowns. Dr. Pinney is a member of the Academy of General Dentistry and was awarded its prestigious Fellowship in the Academy of General Dentistry at the June 2018 annual meeting.
Dr. Pinney resides in Lake Mary, FL. Hes a Florida Gator Alumni, and in his spare time, enjoys walking his dog, theme parks, movies, books, enjoying the Florida weather, Orlando Magic basketball and Florida Gator sports.

Best experience I ever had at the Dentist! This office is very detailed and thorough. Leslie is amazing she is very knowledgeable and caring! Dr.Pinney also amazing caring knowledgeable and efficient! I can't believe I am looking forward to my next appointment. If you are deciding on a new dentist stop looking and Go to this office! What a wonderful dentist office! Charlie & Natalie are so friendly and helpful, and the hygienist Sam is really fantastic. She makes you laugh, which is nice when you dread going to the dentist, and she'll teach you so much about taking care of your teeth, which should be a given but is seemingly pretty rare. So happy I found Dr. Pinney and his team!

I love the staff here. Sam is the best hygienist and is always giving me extra tips and tricks to take care of my teeth and gums without being pushy. Charlie is always doing everything she can to take care of patients. I refer everyone I can here, I love it.

Ive been to quite a few dental clinics but nothing compares to the care, comfort and attention I get from this dental clinic. First of all Charlie is supper friendly and helpful as a new patient. She gives you options for appointments that pop-up to get you in. Natalie is also very friendly and facilitating. She was waiting for me as soon as I walked in. Amanda wad my first hygienist. Again very friendly and informative. Dr. Pinney is so cool, I forgot he was my dentist. I had to come back for my cleaning and Samantha was very nice. She educated me thoroughly on my dental hygiene. What areas I excel at and areas I may need to do some work. Overall an excellent experience and you bet this is the only dental clinic that I will be coming back to.

LOVE this group! I never knew going to the Dentist would be such a pleasant experience. Everyone from Natalie, Sam (the best dental hygienist I've ever had) and Amanda who was so great with my 7 year old daughter (Izzy) and Dr. Pinney are simply amazing! Everyone is knowledgeable, so kind and they really take their time to get to know you and strive to meet all of your dental care needs. Definitely found an awesome group for my family and I!

Lake Mary Family Dentistry is awesome! From Dr. Pinney to the office staff, to my favorite dental hygienist Sam. Normally I do not like to go to the dentist, but Sam makes the visit fun and enjoyable. I have learned so much about my dental hygiene since having Sam as my tech! She makes visiting the dentist actually enjoyable! :)

Dr. Penny and his staff are fabulous they always welcome me with warmth and a smile no matter what my concerns or dental needs are. I've been a patient for years and no matter whether it's a routine cleaning or when I've needed extensive work they've always treated me excellent and been attentive to my schedule. I am abundantly happy with their care. I highly recommend them. Because Dr. Penny is a highly skilled dentist and he surrounds himself with impeccable staff, that puts their patient's needs first.

LOVE LOVE LOVE ! Dr. Pinney and the whole staff. They have had so much patience with me. They are exceeding my expectations as my dentist. The Dr. and staff make sure I understand everything from the steps of any procedure or visit to the after care. They even call me personally to make sure I'm good after any cleaning ect. They even made sure to contact the Endo after they sent me home without antibiotics! I 100/100 recommend!

The entire staff is amazing! Jynette, the dental assistant is absolutely lovely; she is kind, patient and extremely attentive. Dr. Pinney is probably the best dentist I have ever had; he is knowledgeable, reassuring and has a very calming demeanor. I am so grateful to have found such a wonderful dental family; it is evident that they truly pride themselves on cleanliness, timeliness and of course, attentiveness to their patients. I highly recommend!

My over all experience with Dr. Penny and his crew was fabulous! It started with scheduling my appointment and getting my insurance info with Genevieve (very pleasant) When I walked in the office I was greeted with a friendly hello, making me feel welcome. The ladies Sam, Charlie, Jynette and Leslie. they all were so pleasant, made sure I was comfortable, understood everything and broke it all down for me. I'm glad I chose Dr. Penny for my dentist. I have been going here as long as I can remember, even when it was a different practice several years ago. I drive 30 minutes from downtown Orlando because the staff is great, especially Sam the hygienist. I have referred other friends to this practice and to Sam and they have been very pleased as well. Highly recommended.

I have been going to this dentist for a couple of years now and I can't explain how great they are. I followed my hygienist Sam here from another dentistry because she is so amazing. She is upbeat, extremely sensitive to your needs and the doctor here has amazing table side manners as well. They are upfront about costs and what ALL of your options are and each person I talked to asked if I have questions about every step of the way everytime I'm there. When it comes to COVID safety and precautions they are exceeding expectations. Sanitizing everything before it's touched, wearing multiple masks and also face shields, making sure only one person is in a room at a time and verbally asking questions to each client to ensure they are not high risk or contagious. I drive from College Park to come here because I know there isn't a better dentist in Central Florida and if you are looking for a place that cares for you and also understands people, this is the place for you.
