Dr fuller is the best dentist in central Florida. I have not visited the dentist in 10 years. Needed some heavy work done, but felt very happy and comfortable coming here. Lisa in billing and appts is great at her job and eases the process with insurance. Jessica the dentist assistant makes each visit go smoothly and Maryann the hygienist knows how to do her job extremely well. Front desk staff is always inviting. Thank you Lake Mary Dental!

I have been going the Lake Mary Dental for 10 years. They are very friendly and a high quality work. The best top notch dentists that I have found in Central Florida. They have all the new technology to make sure you have the best smile.

Great practice. The general dentist is very patient and understanding. Our entire family is satisfied with this practice. The receptionists are extremely friendly and courteous.

I used this office for two cleanings and a filling procedure. The staff was very friendly and very knowledgeable! I never waited very long for my appointment and they were able to fit in my first cleaning right after my new patient appointment. I didnt give 5 stars because I didn't care for some of their administrative/billing practices. I was told I couldn't make an appointment for a filling until I paid up front for the procedure. In addition, during every cleaning they presented a preprinted bill I had to sign before they started that already included options they would upcharge me for. I would have to initial for them to take the upcharge options off. After every cleaning I was charged for a treatment if my "gums bleed", this isn't something I've ever been charged with before at any other dentist office. Personally, it felt like I had to pay attention to every visit to make sure I wasn't charged for something I didn't ask for and the office didn't trust me to pay for my procedures (making me pay beforehand). So it wasn't a good fit for me but again, their staff was always friendly and knowledgeable.

Apparently the work here is only worth the time, money and discomfort if you get their "warranty" last time I checked people are paying for quality of service and thousands of dollars in dental work should last way longer then 4 years as is. I should not have to buy a warranty on a service that should meet an acceptable standard. I've had lots of work done and my family is in the dental business. My dentist for years who unfortunately is no longer practicing has done major work on me and I haven't had 1 issues in 25 years. Stay away from this office. They're just a business ready to take your money and make excuses for their subpar dentistry.

After trying 2 dentists in different places to solve my teeth pain and having no results. I was advised to try Lake Mary dental. I have a great experience at this place. Dr Fuller is a very experiente dentist and figured out my problem right the way. After 2 visits my pain is gone and I feel great. Mrs Mitra helped me getting a teeth insurance pretty cheap and easy. I got 60% discount on my treatment that make it possible for me to afford it. I'm very thankful for Silvana who works over there and everybody else that works as a great team on this clinic Reviewing : Unfortunately I have to erase this review If you need to use a warranty on the treatment you just had done you'll have the worse treatment.

MONEY ORIENTED I called for a very minor broken tooth. A $79.00 charge had to be paid before seeing the dentist and getting the additional charge for the repair. The $79.00 charge, they said, was for A NOT NNEEDED x-ray. I recommend the free dental care of Seminole County

I've been going to Ulysses at Lake Mary Dental for a the last few visits. He is so gental. For someone with fibromyalgia that is so important. Today was exceptional. He had to do my x-rays (which always hurt and cut my mouth up. ) Not only did it not cut my mouth up, it didn't even hurt! I will follow him anywhere. He has a customer for life. Thank you Ulysses.

No one ever wants to go to the dentist. I would love to take the time to appreciate Karyn, for such a wonderful experience even before getting to the office. I been going there for years and She was so helpful making sure I had no issues with my insurance walking into the office. Very pleasant young lady and voice.

I've had many bad experiences at the dentist so I often get very anxious going to my appointments, but today this was the best first experience I've had in a long time! The people here treat you amazing! My dental assistant, Jessica, gave me the best treatment. She was so kind and made me feel very relaxed and comfortable. She played my favorite music and communicated with me very well! So so sweet! looking forward to coming again. :)

This place want to rip you off as much as possible even before you have anything done. I called in to schedule my cleaning and turns out they will not do it unless you will do full dental X-ray and get "full treatment plan". Notifying that my last density full exam and cleaning took place 6 month ago - did not change the sales pitch of receptionist. Find yourself dentist office that has integrity and not rip off as they core value.

My family and I have been coming to this dentist office since I was a teenager. The staff are like family. Everyone always says hello and genuinely wants to know how you are doing. Dr. Lall is a professional, patient, and skilled doctor; a wonderful human being. I always recommend this office when asked.

This office is filled with nothing but scammers. From the front desk who over reports to your insurance to collect more to the shooty work done by the dentist themselves. Let no even get to the nursing staff that acts as though they are the end all be all of dental assistants. I asked for a referral to a different oral surgeon then they suggested so I could go where my mom had gone for her work and was told no I just needed to go where they had picked. My worst complaint above all is that they tricked my elderly mother into a credit card she did not need when she simply asked for a payment plan for implants they said she needed. This offices is filled with the worst the medical field has to offer and you'd do you best to not just read this review but further down at the other bad reviews plus the ones on Yelp and Facebook because this behavior is not new.

If you can have your appointment kept, they are great. However, they will call and cancel on you as you are driving to the appointment (this has happened 3 times). I have been cancelled on 2-3 times a year for the last 4 years. You set up a new appointment and then they will cancel that one and have to reschedule it as well. You have an appointment scheduled 6 months in advance and get cancelled on the day of with no accommodation for the patient other than wait for the next available which could be months out. If you care about having your teeth checked every 6 months, good luck with this dentist, you will be lucky for them to keep an appointment once a year without canceling on you.

Very professional staff using latest technology. Crowns completed same day. Ulysses the hygienist provided a painless deep cleaning. Dr. Ravi Lall who has been my Dentist for more than 15 years is a great example of a professional at the top of his field who is also a wonderful humanitarian!

I trust Lake Mary Dental, Dr. Fuller and Dr. Lall. Just finished all my treatment. Never waited more than 6 minutes to get in. They respect my time and theirs. Very organized and to the point. Clean to perfection. Customer Relations is the best. Prices are affordable. They always have a smile for you. They treat you like a friend or like a family member. This is the most professional Dental office in the area. I went to 5 different dentists and all of them wanted to do implants costing between $14,000 and $26,000 when I knew I did not need. I chose Lake Mary Dental and they did not disappoint me. A++
