Dr. Richardson graduated from the Harvard School of Dental Medicine. Prior to becoming a dentist, he was a physical therapist, and his love of providing health care to patients has continued into his dental career. Dr. Richardson obtained his undergraduate degree in Biology from Duke University, and a Master of Science degree in Physical Therapy from The University of Miami.
After spending several years practicing dentistry out west in Arizona, Dr. Richardson moved back east to be closer to family and friends. He loves motorcycling, and spends much of his free time exploring the beautiful landscape and back roads all over Georgia. He also enjoys watching motorcycle and automobile racing, and is a big college football fan.
Dr. Kim graduated from University of Wisconsin-Madison with B.S and M.S. degree in Engineering Mechanics & Astronautics in 1999. He went on to get his dental degree (D.D.S.) From University of Southern California in 2007. He was recipient of Deans List for 5 times during his dental schooling.
Dr.Gudipati studied and practiced dentistry in India for 2 years before moving to the US and receiving his DMD degree at Boston University in 2007. He also has a Masters in Public Health from Western Kentucky University in Bowling Green,KY.
Dr. Gudipati has completed over 500 hours of continuing education and is eligible to apply for his Fellowship with the Academy of General dentistry. He has also taken many professional courses including dental implant studies and Level I and II training on 6 Month Smiles.
I graduated with honors from Altierus Career College as an Expanded Function Dental Assistant in May 2019. Lake Lanier Smiles is my first dental practice and I’m very excited to gain my knowledge and use my hands on training from preventive to restorative to cosmetic services with great doctors, assistants, and manager. My goal here is to help patients have a healthy, beautiful smile and have the ability to make patients feel comfortable and listened to. I look forward to seeing you, your family members, and friends in our office! When I’m not in the office, my free time is spent surrounded by my family and friends watching movies, having cookouts, traveling, hiking, and attending sports events
I have been in Dentistry for 15 years, my experience is extensive from managing practices to now Insurance Specialist. I enjoy advocating for our patients any way imaginable in the industry. I have learned insurance policies like the back of my hand. Lake Lanier Smiles has become family to me, learning and getting to know our patients is what fuels my day. I look forward to assisting you in hopes of achieving your dental goals/needs. Outside of Dentistry, I enjoy spending my free time painting, quilting and spoiling my grandson. I reside in Gainesville with my beautiful daughter

When I am not in the office, I love spending time with my family. I love shopping and going out to eat. I recently had a baby boy and definitely love being a mother. I love photographing my nieces, nephews and now, my own child. Capturing beautiful moments fills my heart with love and joy
My name is Samantha, but you can call me Sam.I’ve been an assistant since 2009! I graduated with honors getting my Dental Assisting Certificate. I have always wanted to work in the dental field since I was a little girl. I love teeth and everything about them. I enjoy what I do and working at Lake Lanier Smiles has made me love my career even more. My passion is to take care of our patients by educating, helping them achieve a healthy, beautiful smile and ensuring everyone leaves with a smile on their face! Outside of my dental world, I am passionate about my family. My husband Steven, two boys Zackery and Wyatt, and our dog Jack are my world. They are the reason I am where I am today. After a visit to my current dentist with complaints of some discomfort when chewing and with sensitivity to cold liquids after his exam he stated the tooth was cracked and I needed a Crown which would have cost me approximately $1400, I decided to get a second opinion from Lake Lanier Smiles. I am glad I made that choice. Dr Richardson took an ex ray and examined the tooth stating that the tooth was not cracked and a crown could not be used on that tooth because of the size. He recommended a filling. After my insurance was applied I only paid $65 out of pocket. Thank you Dr. Richardson and Lake Lanier Smiles for your honest opinion and taking care of my dental needs especially saving me money. I would definitely recommend you to my friends.

Am feeling good about my smile again after three appointments with Lake Lanier Smiles. The first meeting was x-rays and coming up with a treatment plan. I had not been to a dentist since before quarantine. Dr. Richardson and his pleasant staff created a confident can-do attitude for the work I needed done. Brenda, the hygienist, did a wonderful job cleaning and planing. Now I am set up for fillings and much needed crown. Will not hesitate to follow through and keep my appointments. A confident smile is a great feeling. Thanks.

First time that I attend this dentist office and I loved it. Their staff and office is so welcoming. Their assistants Leslie and Brenda are very attentive. And the Dr is very patient and honest. I highly recommend this dentistry for all your dental needs. Very affordable too!

I think this is the first dentist I have truly enjoyed! He was so kind and not pushy. I feel like most dentist will upsell you try to to get the most money out of you. That's why I left my last dentist. So so glad to have found this office!

Dr. Richardson was great. I had such a great experience with him doing my root canal. The front desk however, could use major attitude adjustments. The blonde that works at the front was incredibly rude and lacked basic manors. Not sure how she got a job working in costumer service. My experience with her was so bad it has deterred me from finishing out my treatment here. Truly a shame because I have nothing but great things to say about Dr. Richardson, but one persons poor attitude and lack of basic human respect can make a huge difference in your overall experience.
