To provide my patients with comprehensive care that treats not only their dental needs, but the body as a whole. We are treating a person, not just a tooth, and it is our job as dental providers to diagnose problems and educate patients about possible health concerns that would benefit from preventative care. Since the mouth is the gateway to the body, we can help our patients enjoy improved overall health by providing them with individualized dental treatment that meets their specific needs.
Originally from a small town in southern Oregon, Dr. Knight was born and raised with her twin sister, Dr. Stacie Knight. She completed her undergraduate education at Oregon State University (Go Beavs!), where she received her Bachelor of Science in General Science with a focus in Pre-Dental Studies. She then took a year off of school before completing her Master of Science in Biomedical Sciences at Midwestern University in Glendale, Arizona. During that year, Dr. Knight coached freshmen womens basketball and worked as an ERI at an elementary school. After receiving her graduate degree, she completed her Doctorate of Dental Medicine at Midwestern University in Chicago. She looked forward to escaping the Midwest cold for the warm (and yes, humid) Georgia weather.
Dr. Knight loves to travel to places with rich histories. She has visited several islands in the Caribbean, and she loves going to the beach. Her bucket list for travel includes Europe, Australia, Fiji, and the Maldives, just to name a few. Dr. Knight played several sports growing up, including basketball, softball, and her favorite, golf. She also enjoys watching college and professional sporting events. In her spare time, Dr. Knight likes to read autobiographies and WWII histories. Being a west coast girl at heart, Dr. Knight wants to travel along the east coast in order to explore and experience the beauty this side of the country has to offer. She also enjoys DIY projects and crafts.

website indicates they welcome new patients.... even an option when you call. . .BUT... Kim paused after a few moments (and me sharing the name of the insurance I have) and said.... Im sorry....right now we are not taking new patients. I asked if it was because of my insurance... she said no....but I'm skeptical and disappointed in the "welcome"!

Recently moved to Warner Robins and went there for the first time today & they are amazing!! They were able to get me in sooner than my original appt. as a new patient due to a cancelation. I just love Donna & Dr. Stacy!!! Very knowledgeable, friendly & caring. They gave me so much information that no other dentist facility ever gave me. The front office is great too & went over my insurance and explained everything. I am so happy I found them!

Just moved here. Got my husband and I set up with them. My husband went and we both notified the office we had 2 insurances that had to be billed. I kept getting invoices without the second insurance listed. I called and left multiple messages trying to get this fixed. They never picked up the phone for "existing patients" and never responded to voice-mails. I finally had to call the "new patient" line which apparently they have time for. Canceled my future appointments right there. Too much of a hassle.

Just changed to LJD to have insurance PPO in town without driving to Macon. I was blown away by the service. Jaw-dropping friendly, gracious, thorough, professional, encouraging service from entrance to exit. No-surprises transparency with treatment billing plan, and efficient adjustment possible from home when needed. HIGHEST recommendation!

It doesn't matter how good the dentist or dental hygienist is if the office staff just does not measure up. I had some filings done here recently and experienced some issues/concerns/pain after the fillings that I never experienced previously with any other fillings I have had done in the past. Had a few simple questions so I left 2 voicemails and 1 verbal message with a staff member over a week span with no responses. Finally, spoke with the office manager on day 7 who assured me he would ask the dentist and get back with me that day. Absolutely no response what so ever. Which is so disappointing because the dentist and the hygienist were excellent. Everywhere is short staffed, being short staffed in the medical field is simply no excuse to ignore a patients calls/concerns for a solid week straight. Things go wrong, things heal differently for everyone, you have to be there for your patients if they are needing follow up or adjustments. It's quite sad if they excuse these inactions, and don't take concerns of patients seriously.

The lady's at check in are very nice and friendly. They help me to understand what's was going on with the service I was getting . The associate help take xray of my teeth was very helpful and friendly. A very nice place to go too.
