If I could give no stars I would. I went in for my appointment without a mask on. I have a disability that prevents me from wearing one. Just like when I go in places with my service dog, my ADA rights are, you may not ask what disability I have and/or ask I prove proff of it with some doctor note. These people at the front desk, and the office manager all said if I didnt want to wear a mask, I had to have a doctors note. This is a direct violation of my ADA rights and appalling a medical facility doesn't get that. They said they were following CDC Guidelines. Hello, do you not know what a guideline is? Not a law, not a law that overrides my ADA rights, but a suggestion. Your militant approach is illegal and if I had more time, I'd take it up with a lawsuit. And for the record, the CDC is not asking or making you violate my ADA rights, you're choosing to do that, so dont blame the CDC for your bad behavior. Maybe you want to reevaluate your guidelines and be a little bit more aware of how your're breaking laws, not helping anyone. I now have to go to Kenosha to get work done, spend gas money and time away from work and family because they dont except people with different abilities without unlawfully asking for notes from doctors. In the end, I guess I'm happy to not support such a bad business model and hope others read this and know what they are up to and make informed decisions about supporting a place that doesnt support your rights.

Dr Conlon is the kindest most gentle destist I've ever met ive had my first extraction ever with my wisdom teeth the dentist himself called me and asked me how i was doing when i told him i had pain he suggested i come in with no charge to take a look where he packed my socket and immediately took away the pain im healing with a healthy socket and an awesome team with lg oral surgery and of course the best dentist Dr Conlon im so blessed to have been able to have my work done here

I had 2 lower molars extracted by Dr Conlon. He made me feel comfortable and made sure it would be painless. His concern for my experience after the procedures put me at ease. The staff were helpful and worked with my insurance to get the benefits I was entitled to. I would recommend Dr Conlon and Lake Geneva Oral Surgeons to anyone who needs to have teeth pulled. They are great !

Wonderful experience! Dr. VanOven and staff did a fantastic job of making me feel at ease and extracting the roots. Virtually no pain afterwards and detailed instructions on what to expect as well as a follow up call. KUDOS to all at the Burlington WI site!

Dr.VanOven was phenomenal. Everyone there was incredibly nice and made me feel at ease. I had all four of my wisdom teeth removed and experienced no swelling, no complications and very little discomfort (the Tylenol & Ibuprofen took care of it). Very modern place, educated staff and great communication skills. If you are looking for an oral surgeon, come here!

My brother recommended this oral surgery office and Dr. Conlon was great. Not only was he a calming presence, he also got my wisdom teeth out quickly and painless extractions. The entire staff was very friendly and made you feel at home and relaxed. Would recommend to anyone!

I was nervous about the procedure I was going to have but all of the staff were very kind and understanding and made me feel a lot better. All the staff members were very kind and supportive from the receptionists, financial professional, hands on team and the Doctor. My procedure was quick and I had no pain with it. They keep threatening to take my girlfriend to court if she doesn't pay but they never seem to be open for us to pay. Seems like a chokehold

Dr Conlon and his staff were incredible. Everyone is super friendly and had me laughing minutes before my wisdom teeth surgery. When the dr said he would treat me like one of his own kids I though "ugh whatever I'm paying you enough to do this.." but he really did. Called me 8 hours out of surgery to see how I was feeling too- which I find odd, they usually make the nurse/dental assistant/ receptionist do that so I appreciated that. & the most important thing, even after having my teeth cut out I have zero swelling & feel no pain(partially due to pain meds) but that's awesome when it's only been about 12 hrs! Yes it's expensive, but it was an amazing experience!
