Meet Dr. Brian JakuszDr. Jakusz graduated with his Bachelor of Science (B.S.) Degree in Molecular Biology from the University of Wisconsin-Madison in 1997. He received his Doctor of Dental Surgery (D.D.S.) degree from Marquette University School of Dentistry in 2002, while graduating with honors. Along with being an active member of the American Dental Association, Wisconsin Dental Association, and Washington-Ozaukee County Dental Society, he is a member of the American Academy of Oral Biologists and is State-Certified in Oral Conscious Sedation for dental procedures.
Dr. Jakusz had been in private practice in the Menomonee Falls and Slinger area until opening Lake Five Dentistry in June of 2011. Dr. Jakusz had the previlage of teaching dentistry to the students at Marquette University. He enjoys having the opportunity to pass on his knowledge to future generations.
Dr. Jakusz is an enthusiastic general dentist who enjoys all aspects of patient care. He believes in treating patients as though they are a member of his own family. As a result of this personalized care, a relaxed & fun atmosphere is achieved where each patient can have their needs and concerns addressed on an individual basis, creating the best possible care for today and tomorrow. Dr. Jakusz strives at building long-lasting relationships with his patients, and considers many of these patients as friends.
Always seeking to continue his education, Dr. Jakusz annually attends countless seminars across the nation to stay ahead of the ever-changing dental world and to provide his patients with the most current and effective care. Every year, he enjoys teaching hundreds of children in area schools and day-cares the importance of good oral health. The positive impact from these classroom visits has been some of the most rewarding education Dr. Jakusz has attained over the years.
Family is of the utmost priority to Dr. Jakusz, who resides in Colgate with his wife, Cynthia, and children, Benjamin and Madeline. He enjoys his time off playing with his kids, watching and participating in sports, dreaming about classic cars, and tinkering around the house.
Hi, my name is Adrienne. Welcome to our office!!! I have been in the dental field since 1996, first as an Assistant and then as a Hygienist after receiving my degree from WCTC in 2000. My goal is to give you the best possible dental care along with providing education on good dental practices. In my spare time I like to spend time with my family, exercise, and read.
I have had the pleasure of assisting Dr Jakusz since 2013 and have moved on to being his hygienist! Outside of work I enjoy spending time with my family, taking my dogs on hikes, and staying fit. I have a passion for oral health awareness and helping my patients achieve their ideal smile. I strive to provide optimum patient comfort and thoroughly enjoy getting to know my patients individually. I cant wait to meet you and your family here at Lake Five Dentistry!
Hi, my name is Aimee and I am the receptionist here at Lake Five Dentistry. I live in Oconomowoc with my husband, Rob, our three chrildren, Ashley, Heather, and Alex and my first grandchild, Luca. My hobbies include reading, walking, shopping, and making baked goodies for Dr. Jakusz. I enjoy spending time with my family and friends. During the summer months I especially like to spend as much time as I can out on the lake swimming and boating. I look forward to meeting you and your family.

Amazing staff and care. Everyone there is friendly and makes sure you feel comfortable. I have been seeing Dr. Jakusz for years ( at previous practices as well) and think he is the best dentist ever. He ( and the dental hygienists) really take the time to explain everything to you and explain your options. They all go the extra mile to provide personalized and relevant care.

This is an awesome dental office. They make you feel very comfortable from the moment you walk in and work with the awesome receptionist Aimee to the cleanings with Heather or having a procedure done with Dr and assistant Becky. They are very thorough in what they do and honest regarding the different options for your specific situation. I've never liked going to the dentist, but this team makes it a much better experience. I've referred others and they are as happy with them as I am.

Brian and his staff are awesome. They really care about their patients and take the time to explain everything to you. They give great tips on how to ace your dental exam. They even have TVs you can watch while you get your teeth cleaned.

Super friendly staff. They go above and beyond to help accommodate appointments that work into your schedule! They are always efficient and on time! I had to call Dr. Jakusz after hours one time, and he called me back within minutes! We don't mind going to the dentist now that we go to Lake Five Dentistry!

My family and I absolutely love this dentist!! Dr Jakusz is an amazing dentist! We travel a ways to go to appointments, but this dentist is worth the drive!! Dr Jakusz was absolutely wonderful when dealing with my son who had a great deal of anxiety with dental work. Dr Jakusz has such a fun personality that makes the patient feel relaxed and at ease. If you need dental work, he explains things in a way that you can understand, and never is pushy. You can tell he genuinely cares for each and every one of his patients. Also, his staff is equally as caring and professional. I could go on and on, but just know you will be in great hands with a wonderful, caring dentist who is the best by far!!

Dr. Jakusz and his staff are awesome! My son recently had to have a tooth pulled. Dr. Jakusz took the time to explain the procedure in great detail. He went to great lengths to make sure my son was comfortable every step of the way. The procedure was a breeze from start to finish. Dr. Jakusz is kind, compassionate and very knowledgeable. I could not recommend a better dentist!

Best Family Dentist! My kids actually look forward to going to the dentist! Dr. Jakusz really knows dentistry and explains everything in terms I can understand. His equipment is very up-to-date, as are his techniques, and he is not afraid to refer out if he believes it is a dental issue best handled elsewhere (which is not often). His staff is extremely competent, friendly, and kind. If you think dentistry has to be painful or complicated or expensive, you aren't going to the right dentist!
