Very clean and inviting. They are very good with my son and make sure they do what they can do to make sure his experience and his teeth is top priority

So Very disappointed in this office. My two sons, and myself have been going to Dr. Mark for many years. During the COVID19 Pandemic my older son needed to be seen by a dentist and could only get in to a different office. When I called to schedule a cleaning back with Dr. Mark I was told he could not be seen as he had other work done someplace else. Mind you this is my son who has good insurance through his fathers work. I told them at that time that he was the only one of us to transfer out. When I called today, my foster son who has only ever seen Dr. Mark was denied care as they said he was transferred out even though he has never been seen by anyone else. We as a family have been going to this dentist since 2014!!! We have paid thousands of dollars for dental care. My oldest daughter has always gone to this dentist and is 24 years old and continues to go on her own as an adult. I am so very disappointed. I have never been so mistreated in my life.

We have been going here the last few years, and love Dr. Mark and all of his helpers. Joy has been amazing my husband has never liked his teeth cleaned before her, she gets an A+. The facility is brand new with all the new high-tech toys that a doctor would need. We will be going to see him for a long time.

I just recently starting going to Dr. Mark Theile and I am glad I did. The staff is very friendly and accomadating. Dr. Mark and Dr. Mike are very informative and easy to talk to. I'm not the smartest one out of the bunch when it comes to anything medical but they make it very easy to understand. The new office is awesome and very welcoming! Glad I made the decision to go with Lake Family Dental. :)

Very professional and thorough staff. We originally went to Lake because they accepted the State Dental plan my son was covered on... but even after we got private insurance we continue to drive the 25 miles to go here because we love Thea, our hygenist and have been very happy with our dental care here.

They talked over my options before anything was done and left the options up to me. Were very concerned about my comfort through out the procedure of multiple extractions. Supportive prior, during and after procedure. I highly recommend this Debtist.

I give Dr. Mike and his staff at Lake Family Dental a five-star rating only because there is no sixth star. Thanks to their skilled work and kind encouragement over many years, I have remained cavity free my entire life. I also went to Dr. Mike for braces and could not have asked for better results. I think it is worth noting that, more than ten years after having my braces off, a dentist in Philadelphia felt compelled to tell me during a cleaning that whoever took care of my braces did an excellent job. I think that speaks to the lasting and outstanding benefits of choosing Lake Family Dental.
