Our practice has grown and in order to continue providing you with the best standard of care, we are welcoming a new Endodontist to Lake Endo. We have searched high and low for the perfect fit and someone who has our same beliefs in patient care. We are very excited to welcome Dr. JT Davis to our Lake Endo family. Dr. Davis is looking forward to working with your office and providing excellent care to your patients.
Dr. JT Davis grew up in Birmingham, Alabama. He attended the University of Alabama where he received a bachelors degree in Business with a minor in Computer Based Science. He attended the University of Alabama at Birmingham for dental school where he received his Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry degree.
After graduating dental school, he completed a residency at an AEGD program called the Foundry Dental Center where he was trained in surgery, molar root canals, bone grafting, dental implants, and other general dentistry procedures. Following his residency, he returned to UAB to attend postgraduate training in the endodontics program where he earned his Certificate in Endodontics.
Dr. Davis and his wife Ashley are new to the Huntersville area and they are ready to get settled here and make lifelong friends. Dr. Davis enjoys playing the guitar and golfing in his spare time. His wife is a first grade elementary school teacher at Long Creek Elementary. Ashley is also a classically trained violinist and plays in wedding and events. They both live an active lifestyle and enjoy running, working out, and hiking. They also love to cook and entertain friends. Dr. Davis and Ashley are excited to be here and look forward to serving the Huntersville community.

I can not speak highly enough about the entire staff here! My daughter was so nervous about her root canal, but literally everyone from the receptionist I first spoke with, down to the actual endodontist himself were so kind and especially caring! He genuinely cares about his patients and it shows. We can't thank you and your practice enough for helping Jade!

Needed a root canal ASAP after hurting all weekend. Rachel quickly got me in that Monday afternoon and Dr. John Wells had the pain gone in 30 minutes. Always an efficient staff and caring Dr and techs. Highly recommended!!

WOW! What an amazing and professional experience I just had. I was referred to Dr. Wells by my dentist (who is awesome) dentist Dr. Jordan Henderson (UDA Mallard Creek) for a root canal. The experience was so genuine, from the lady at the front desk to my dental hygienist and finally to Dr. Wells himself. His bedside manner is impeccable and I feel like I gained a friend today. He explained everything to me (in lay-mans terms) and made sure I was comfortable and felt valued. I most certainly did. The facility is beautiful and bright and hopefully, I will not need to visit anytime soon...lol, but if I do, he is my guy! Thank you so much for making a normally "uncomfortable" experience- so pleasant.

My experience with Dr. Davis and JB was AWESOME. From the moment I sat in the chair until it was over the care and attention I received was second to none. JB took the time to explain what to expect and even played music of my choice to make me feel comfortable and relaxed. Dr. Davis came in and was very nice. He said to me "let me know how you're doing, I'm here to make sure you're comfortable through all of this." I couldn't ask for a better experience.

Dr. Davis and JP(?) his hygienist were awesome! I took my 77 year old Mom there today for a root canal. They took such great care of her. We felt welcome from the time we stepped into the office and saw the beautiful smile of our receptionist. Dr. Davis, made sure we made the best decision for my Mom and he even spoke to her dentist Dr. Todd Bullard who is also amazing. The hygienist working with him was so sweet to my Mom. If you have to get a root canal you need to see Dr. Davis at Lake Endo!

I was sent to Lake Endo under advisement of my dentist, and I'm very happy with my visit. Dr. Davis and his assistant Jennifer did a wonderful job making me feel comfortable and informed about the whole root canal procedure. My wife Mickie cracked a front tooth and potentially could have lost it, ruining her beautiful smile. Thankfully, Dr. Davis at Lake Endo was able to save it with a root canal and post for a future crown, avoiding the long and expensive implant alternative. He was so friendly and compassionate, as were his staff of talented professionals. She can't say enough good about her experience at Lake Endo. Thank you Dr Davis!

Dr. Wells and his team members are the top notch. It had been many many years since I had seen Dr. Wells for a root canal. He hasn't changed a bit, so professional and caring! How many specialist do you see that will offer you their cell phone number?? No pain when he injects the numbing nor during the entire procedure and asks how you are doing. Simply the Best!

Look - nobody looks forward to getting dental work done. But I have to say, I had such a great experience at Lake Endo today! And, I had to get two root canals! Dr. Davis, his assistant Courtney, and the rest of the staff are very caring and make you feel comfortable every step of the way. Very thankful that I was referred to this office. Great people who do great work.

This was the best experience I've had in regards to dental work. The entire staff was extremely friendly. I was in a lot of pain and they fit me in the same day I called. Dr. Wells was very compassionate and the procedure was painless.

Ever thought you'd leave a 5 star review for getting a root canal? Me neither. Yet here we are. The staff was friendly, the procedure fast and painless. As in absolutely zero discomfort. Dr. Wells was kind and informative, and I couldn't recommend him or his practice enough.

Dr Wells' skills as an endodontist are superb and excellent. He is a magician in reducing pain to almost being non-existent. He has served my family and I for almost 20 years and we would never think if going anywhere else. BTW his staff is exceptionally friendly and caring, like family.
