Staff is RUDE! Always! And I don't even know if the dentist is good bc I'm not allowed to go back with my daughter and they don't come out and tell me anything they just let my 14 yr old tell me she didnt have any cavities. Then when they schedule the follow up they don't even ask if that's a good time then they rush me out the building then I have to call and reschedule then if i don't have a chance to confirm my appt the day before they will cancel it. Only good thing is that nobody's ever in there (bc they've canceled everyone's appt) so it's really fast.

I'm rating this practice as 5 stars. Dr. Feerick is a good Dentist with a wonderful personality. The older Lady that works in the back with him is very friendly also. When it comes to the staff, they are worthless! I called 2 weeks ago to request a credit that I had with them. I explained that I would be returning but my Husband, who was also a patient there passed away and I'm having to pay his debts as well as my own and needed the credit. The guy I spoke with said that he would get with the bookkeeper and contact me. He never did. So 2 weeks later, I called and asked what was going on? He reads me back my old phone number and I told him that my number changed and that I gave him my new address and phone number. He told me that I didn't have to be rude. I wasn't being rude, I was being real but I showed him rude. Here comes the bookkeeper on the line talking about it wasn't his fault, it was her fault. So it was her fault too when he said that he would call me regarding the credit after her spoke with her. I just lost my Husband and am going through a lot. I've never been rude with any of these people but they got rude from me today! Don't play games with the patients. Dr Feerick, I love you but your staff is "worthless!

The entire staff from the front desk to all the dental assistants and the dentist made me feel comfortable and welcomed. They all love on you. Very down to earth and take a load off any guest receiving services. I highly recommend to contact this location for any and all services needed. You guys truly saved my life and have me back smiling again.

I do not recommend this place. I had a root canal and crown put in years ago. The crown itself looks like a chiclet. It's horrible. It popped off within the first year and two other times since then. I went to have it reattached the other day now they are saying the tooth itself has decayed too far. They did the work on the tooth and have reattached it within the past year and didnt say anything about decay. Now they want to remove the entire tooth which will need a specialist and have me pay for an implant that insurance doesn't cover. What a joke this place is! Since that surgery I have been going to another dentist who has done amazing work and cost the same. They actually care about their patients and not just out to get people's money. I highly recommend you look for dental work else where than Lake Dental. I have scheduled an appointment with a reputable dentist in the area for a second opinion. I will also be informing the Louisiana State board of Dentistry of the situation. You have my number if you need to contact me.

Went in as a new patient after having serious dental pain. They were friendly and sympathetic. Took care of my problem that day. Only waited 10 minutes to be seen! Switched my whole family over to them immediately.

Doctor Feerick helped me out when no one was willing - during Christmas! I was in severe pain caused by a tooth ache and he not only made himself available while vacationing in Hawaii but took the time to ask me all the necessary questions to determine what was going on. He also took care of my pharmacy prescription and followed up to make sure I was improving properly. I so appreciate such dedication and professionalism.
