Our friendly staff is dedicated to caring for you and your entire family's oral health and well-being. We take the time to create a personalized treatment for each patient and we offer a wide range of services. It is our goal to make your visit with us an extremely pleasant one and to send you home with a beautiful and healthy smile.
Below is our New Patient Package that you will need to complete on your first visit. You can expedite matters by downloading the package, completing it at home and handing it to our staff when you arrive for your initial visit to our office.
Your first visit to our office is designed to get you better acquainted with all we offer as well as introduce you to our caring staff. On your first visit, we will review your medical and dental histories and evaluate your oral health. We will take digital x-rays of your teeth and explain to you whether or not you will require any dental treatment.

Can't say enough about the quality, caring, and friendliness of the staff at Lake Deaton. Dr. Pham is an honest, quality dentist who does amazing work. Her commitment to making sure everything is perfect and the patient is happy is superb. Couldn't be happier with our choice of dental office!

I have had a lot of dental work in my mouth. The crown I had put on here was a complete success. They made it as comfortable and pain free as possible. The staff and doctor were very personable and professional. I would recommend them to anyone.

My recent experience with Lake Deaton Dental was excellent. The staff and doctor supporting this office are very competent and friendly! The dental work completed looks fantastic and the crowns made are almost identical to my natural teeth. I recently just moved to the Villages and I am so pleased that I located this dental office! Dr. Moussa...I filed a formal complaint against Lake Deaton Dental and Dr. Pham (yes, another complaint about Dr. Pham and your office) with UHC about what went on at my 'routine' appointment yesterday. AVOID THIS OFFICE...I FOUND IT THE MOST UNSCRUPULOUS I HAVE BEEN TO.

Dr.Pham at Lake Deaton Dental is amazing. I had 4 crowns done from her on my front teeth after over 25 years of bonding: they look amazing and I'm so happy. Very gentle and cares about her patients. Perfectionist.

I was unimpressed by my first visit at Lake Deaton Dental. The front desk staff did not give me the necessary information needed going into my appointment. Dr. Thi Pham had a terrible bedside manner and even worse communication skills. The office also did not appear modern or clean. Hopefully the other doctors are better than Dr. Pham. I will not see her again.

The whole experience from start to finish was outstanding. The front desk receptionist was nice and smiley. Doctor Nieto was very patient with me and answered all my questions. I will definitely recommend them to all my friends and family
