Going to Lake City Family Dentistry was the best dental experience I ever had. From the front office to the medical staff, everyone was friendly, and they went above and beyond when it came to my medical and financial needs. Medically, they gave me information that blew my mind, which I think will help me down the line, info I never heard from any of my previous dental offices. The financial office tried to save me every penny possible.
Mitch is a 2011 graduate from Lake City High School. He attended Hillsdale College for two years and played football before transferring to Central Michigan University, where he earned his bachelors degree in biology. Lauren completed her undergraduate work at Benedictine University where she earned her bachelors degree in Health Science.
Susanne Susanne has a love for dentistry! She is great at helping our patients understand their treatment plans and providing assistance to Dr. Thompson! Susanne has been a part of Lake City Family Dentistry for over 6 years and has enjoyed Dental Assisting for 48 years! When shes not helping outpatients, youre likely to find Sue in her garden!
MichelleMichelle is one of Dr. Thompsons amazing assistants. Michelle graduated with a dental assisting degree in 2019. She has been part of Lake City Family Dentistry since 2020. She is as equally talented with her fine dental details as she is with her art; especially painting!
KrisannKrisann comes from a hygiene background of 14 years and has been with Lake City Family Dentistry for a year now! Krisanns specialties are our deep cleanings and our littlest patients. She welcomes and loves everyone!
ErinHere is the face you hear on the phone! Erin has been with Lake City Family Dentistry since 2019. Erin comes to our office with a business administration degree. Erins charm and wit keeps our office and patients happy!
BethBeth has been part of Lake City Family Dentistry since 2019 and in the dental field since 1999. Beth is our beloved insurance nerd! Thank you, Beth, for solving all things insurance and taking care of our patients!

In June this year my husband's worst nightmares became real. He needed to go see a dentist. You know how it is, as a kid you see the dentist he hurts you you only go back if your parents make you and then never go back again. Of course he let everything inside his mouth get his bad as it could possibly get and then we called these folks in Lake City. Of course I was expecting for him to have to wait a month or so before he'd be seen and I expected that of any dentist office that we had called. We are so fortunate that we found the folks at Lake City family dentistry. Patience, kindness, understanding and so happy and friendly all the time every time we've been there. They were quick to get him in the first time, no huge long waits in between visits. And every visit I see other people coming in and out of the building happy, smiling and excited to make their next appointment. And now my husband gets excited about going to the dentist! If you or someone in your family especially children especially if they've never been to the dentist before start with these people, I honestly do not think you could go wrong. Thank you Lake City Dentistry for restoring my husband's faith, each and every one of you, we love you all! Sincerely happy, Mr. and Mrs. Clous p.s. My husband and I got married July 6th 2022, they pulled four of his teeth that day and filled two of them and he still got married with a smile on his face and the first congratulations card in our mailbox was from Lake City family dentistry and signed by everybody. We were definitely taken into their family and we love it.

Great patience with my three year old today. If only she had let you get the too the pulled and fillings done. It's okay though we will continue to bring her there for her cleanings and regular check ups on her teeth. You guys accomplished so much more.

Was so scared of going to the dentist. My teeth were bad! The staff here were great! They gave me my smile back! Highly recommend!

I had to give one star because it will not allow me to post zero stars. I went in for a crown and never received my crown but this office billed my insurance for the procedure-it was never done. I had to haggle and fight with my insurance company and explain that I went to dentist Dr. Vignola but did not have a crown placed. It is a very shady operation in my opinion and for me personally- I will never return. I have an issue if your running a business(especially a medical provider) in a manner that is not above board and charging and taking payment of a medical procedure you did not perform. That's gross incompetence bordering on fraud.

I had to go in for an emergency extraction. I called as soon as they opened and they got me in at 12:30. I am not a fan of having dental work done but everyone there was super nice and put me at ease. They explained everything thoroughly from medical paperwork to aftercare. He even stitched the hole where my tooth was, nobody's ever done that before. And the tech got what she needed with just one x-ray instead of 10 like they normally do. They didn't try to take advantage of me in any way shape or form and that's a big plus for someone who is used to people pushing things on them anytime they go to the Dr or dentist. Dr Thompson was very gentle and got my tooth out in one piece even though they suspected it may break apart during the process. They even gave me a case for my tooth so I could bring it home to show my kids why they need to brush their teeth better. My experience was as good as it could've been for my situation. Even had a 5% discount for paying cash since they didn't take my insurance.

I went to Dr. Vignola with a mouth full of problems. Dr. Vignola and her staff have spend the last year taking such good care of me! The rest of my family have become patiences of hers as well. I had such a fear of initially going to the dentist, as I knew there was so much work I needed done.....I was immediately treated with compassion and kindness, they have worked with me to over come my fear and make my smile beautiful and healthy again! They have also worked out payment arrangements with me during some rough times where money was tight. All in all, this is truly the best place to go and I find myself so blessed to be treated by these ladies!
