Just had a teeth cleaning and I must say the Hygienest was very rough. Still have a sore mouth and that person had no compassion when I got an anxiety attack.

The whole staff at Lake Belton Family Dental was very professional and friendly. I got right in and the hygienist Mandy did an excellent job cleaning my teeth and helping me feel comfortable!

I've never been one who likes going to the dentist, but this was probably one of the most pleasant experiences going I've ever had. Went in to have a couple teeth looked at; knowing one needed a filling. Ryan and his team were super professional and efficient; taking care of it same day. Was in and out of there in less than 40 minutes. Thank you all for your prompt attention and care!

Had a billing problem that the office and Dr. Stephens worked out, and they were more than fair. Great folks!

The staff will make you feel very comfortable. Appointments are generally serviced right on time. Dr Stevens is amazing. He will spend whatever time is necessary with you to ensure your comfort. He encourages questions. Definitely the best dentist I've ever been to

I called them a few months back to make an appointment and I got the appointment. So then I went to my appointment at 8:30 AM and the person that was at the window was not that pleasant but that was not an issue. She told me I needed to fill out some forms and return them and they will be back with me. 32 minutes later they called me back to have an x-ray then took me back to my room and Dr. Stephen's came in and introduced himself and then we started the examination. He then went back to his office i'm not gonna go do everything. It boils down I had to get a release form from my doctor for him to do the dental work. Because I had a triple bypass two years prior. He has not since followed up with me or assist me or anything. i'm in the people business for 45 years And this is not an example that I would expect to be treated as. But I guess people have different priorities.

Staff was super helpful & Dr. Stevens was amazing!! He referred me out instead of putting me through the costly treatment of clear braces as I have one tooth that has shifted since braces. I was prepared for the worst- having to pay for more correction. Dr. Stevens graciously referred me to an orthodontist for a much cheaper option. Super impressed they didnt put me through treatment to fill their own pockets! Highly recommend Dr. Stevens & his team! :)

I am terrified of going to the dentist, but I had to have an emergency extraction. The entire staff immediately made me feel welcomed as soon as I walked in the door. I was very informed about the process. Dr. Stephens continuously asked me during the procedure if I needed any breaks and he made me very comfortable. I highly recommend them! I am so happy with my experience.

Very nice understanding people. Dr. Stevens explained procedures very well. And the rest of the staff was very welcoming. Their office is clean and they had no wait time. I was in and out of my appointment in a timely manor. I recommend Dr.Stevens to all whom need dental care. Take your whole family! I know we are!

Started process for dentures. This morning involved removal of several upper teeth. The process went fairly smooth without an excess of discomfort. So far am very happy with the professionalism and courtesy of dentist and staff.

The people here are really nice and friendly, they made sure I was numbed up real well and did a test check to make sure it was numbed before they started and the dentist talked and explained what he was doing everything was an awesome experience!! Zero pain getting my wisdom tooth pulled.
