Digital X-rays offer a huge advantage in early detection and preventive services. Advanced image manipulation and analysis, for example, allows your doctor to detect early stages of gum disease through recognition of bone level changes, or by evaluating the results against a previous treatment.

An intraoral camera is an indispensable diagnostic and educational tool. The tiny video camera moves around inside of your mouth and generates a tooth by tooth video exam of your teeth. Using an intraoral camera allows patients to better understand their dental needs by seeing what the dentist sees and then having it explained.

Lasers are a non-surgical approach to arresting the progression of periodontal disease. Following scaling and root planing, a laser is used to significantly reduce the bacterial colonies and decontaminate the infected periodontal pocket. Lasers also remove the infected tissue lining the periodontal pocket. As the infected tissue is removed, microscopic blood clots form and your body's natural healing response takes over. As you heal, the tissue reattaches to the bone and your gums return to a healthy infection-free state.

Awesome dental practice and huge improvement over my last provider. Dr. Mukbel and the rest of the team are total rockstars! Great care and very friendly. Plus the office and equipment are all state of the art which is an added bonus. You will not be disappointed coming here. Looking forward to them being my new provider moving forward.

I had a wonderful experience at this office. There was minimal wait time, and the staff were attentive and welcoming. Dr. Albers was great! She took the time to ask me about my needs and to explain every step of the process. I appreciated that the doctor checked with the front desk to confirm what was and what was not included with my insurance so I wasn't hit with unexpected charges. She also checked my insurance and provided an estimate for other upcoming work before I left. I would definitely recommend!

I'm so relieved to have found a wonderful dentist who is not only kind, welcoming and personable but also informative. I have been to many other dentists who provide unnecessary treatment, but that is not the case here! Dr. Mukbel, Ray, and Ivan were wonderful today and I can't recommend Lake Barcroft Dental enough!

ASEEL MUKBELthis person did me a bad job he made me a crown that looks like a ball it doesn't look like a tooth and he didn't want to do it again and I paid 2,700 I don't recommend that you visit that dentist

Dr. Mukbel is hands down the BEST dentist I've ever had. She's attentive, in tune with her patients, and makes sure to approach every topic of discussion as if she were simply a friend you were having a conversation with. Not to mention her work is amazing! I've never felt more at ease in the dentist's chair but every visit with Dr. Mukbel is a pleasant one.

Dr. Mukbel and her staff were highly exceptional, professional, and friendly! As a first-time patient, Dr. Mukbel intentionally carved out time to meet me in the lobby, show me the office, and introduce me to her assistants. When the dental exam began, she found a few minor cavities that needed fillings. Right there in the chair, I received an itemized bill for the work that needed to be done, with the full cost transparent to me. I signed for the work and paid, and she began with the fillings. No hidden costs, and no wondering how much it will be after the fact. Truly an excellent first experience. You'd be silly not to choose Lake Barcroft Dental.

Literally came here for an emergency filling and the staff put all my panic and worry at ease! I am from the South and I am here for a travel contract and my filling fell out at work, hundreds of miles from my home dentist. I researched dentist in my network and the reviews of Lake Barcroft were spot on! The staff made sure I felt comfortable, helped me sign in, and get all of my paperwork complete in a timely manner. Dr. Mukbel was GREAT! She explained every step of the process and educated me thoroughly on what happened to my previous filling and how she was going to clean and prepare my new filling! After such a wonderful experience, I returned for my 6 month cleaning while still in the area. I will recommend anyone to visit this location! If they could help me in a crisis, I know they can help anyone! Thanks Lake Barcroft Dental Group!

Friendly staff and very thorough. It was my first time here and everyone was really nice. They took me in for my x-rays and then Brianna Albers came and explained everything to me and continued to explain what she was doing during my cleaning process. She also was thorough in explaining how to prevent any issues in the future. Before she even started, someone came to discuss what everything was going to cost and what I would be paying for which was also really helpful. Definitely recommend! I was able to get an appointment online fairly quickly as well!

Dr. Mukbel is friendly, knowledgeable and made me feel comfortable withy course of dental treatment during and after my pregnancy. I never felt like any services were pushed on me when they may be unnecessary. I have been to several dentists over the past few years and haven't been very satisfied with any of them. I left my last dentist when they had zero knowledge about pregnancy and dental issues that can come up during and after. I even had to tell them I couldn't do x-rays because of my pregnancy. Dr. Mukbel was able to explain some of the concerns we needed to watch out for and helped me monitor potential issues during and after my pregnancy. The office is very modern and the staff exceedingly professional. Each time I've been if I have any copay or out of pocket costs, they have a benefits coordinator who comes and explains what I will pay and requests approval prior to treatment.

Had a great experience with Lake Barcroft Dental Group, Dr. Albers and staff. Had lost a crown yesterday and figured I would have to have a temporary and they would order the crown. Did not want to go through New Year's weekend without it. I had never gone to this dental group but I had seen their office when going to some other stores in Barcroft Plaza. When I looked them up, they said that they took emergencies. Perfect. I figured I would be in and out relatively quickly with a temp crown. I called them at 11:00 am and got a 12:30 pm appt. Dentistry has come a long way. They are actually able to make a crown at the office in one hour's time, and not just one type. Sort of like artificial intelligence and 3D technology. I cannot explain all of the new technology that makes dentistry different from it has been for years. But it is great. The staff is friendly, professional, and engaging. Filled out my paperwork on-line (great because I don't like to be sitting in any one's reception area with COVID these days), had xrays and was ready to go for the dentist. Dr. Albers, what can I say? She was terrific in explaining and showing me what she was doing, the new technology, And, more important very competent. You could tell that she is a perfectionist and it shows. I am very impressed with the practice and will be back any time I need dental services!
