We will be more than happy to submit all insurance forms for you and help you recover the most from your benefits. We will do everything we can to help you afford the treatment you need and want. For patients who require major work, financing through care credit is available. Forms of payment accepted by the office are check, cash, or any major credit card, and care credit.
Dr. Hennigan, born and raised here in Lake Charles, graduated from LaGrange High School in 2003 and McNeese State University in 2007. He attended dental school at L.S.U. School of Dentistry in New Orleans and worked as a general dentist at SWLA Center for Health Services.
He met his wife, Caroline, while attending McNeese. They have four children (Austin, Madeline, Emelyn, and Natalie) and a cockapoo (Kate-Kate). They attend First United Methodist Church, where he plays guitar as a member of the Worship Team. He is an avid sports fan and enjoys the outdoors.
Dr. C. J. Ardoin was born and raised in Lake Charles and graduated from St. Louis Catholic High School in 1976. He met his wife, Kim, during his senior year, and they both went on to attend McNeese State University. While at M.S.U., Dr. Ardoin was a member of Kappa Sigma Fraternity and the Blue Key leadership group. He then attended and graduated from the L.S.U. School of Dentistry. After dental school, Dr. Ardoin and his family returned to their hometown where he worked as an associate with Dr. Miles Mitchem and eventually built the current office in Carlyss.
Dr. Ardoin and his wife raised 3 wonderful children (Lindsey, Chase, and Mark) and now get to enjoy taking their 4 grandchildrenfishing and camping.His hobbies include camping, motorcycles, listening to music and traveling across the country. Dr. Ardoin attends Immaculate Conception Church, and he and his wife reside in Sulphur along with their4 dogs: Shockey, Cal, Joe, and Rosie.

Lake Area Dentistry is the best! Dr Hennigan is super nice, caring, and get to know his patients to ensure all good dental care is provided in the office as well as at home. Dr Hennigan takes excellent care of me and my family! All the dental hygienist are friendly however I have to give the golden star to Ashley! She is caring, beautiful professional attitude, knowledgeable, and her work is matchless and always 200% completed to perfection. The front office staff always greet with a smile, and there to help if needed. Ms Sandy is so patient and always make sure our files and insurance are in current and top standing. My family and I appreciate Lake Area Dentistry! Thank you Dr Hennigan, Ashley, Ms Sandy, and the entire staff!

Customer centered from reception to scheduling. Quite probably the least painful cleaning I've had in my 60 years of dental service. Can not recommend any higher my dentist and his whole office.

I did not think any dentist in the area would be willing to see someone out of state with a dental problem. My friend had a regular appointment and was curious as to who I should see... her dentist said they would see me. They were a godsend! They took care of me explained what I needed and provided prescription for antibiotics. I was very impressed with the professionalism and kindness of the entire staff. I highly recommend this dentistry. I would not hesitate to use them again! Thank you so much very helping me with my broken tooth.

Lake Area Dentistry is the best around. I do not like going to the dentist and they make my experience very pleasant. I am never in any pain when I go and I feel totally relaxed. Everyone is clear on what procedures they plan to do and explain them clearly before they are done. I would 100% recommend going here to anyone. I live in DeRidder and make the hour drive just to be seen by them.

From scheduling the appointment to arrival on the day of, the office staff was absolutely amazing. The visit itself was even better. I have dental anxiety and the staff treated me with patience and explained everything first. Dr Doucet was very informative and knowledgeable. Would recommend this dental office to anyone!
