Dr. Lais graduated with honors from the University of Missouri at Kansas City School of Dentistry. He went on to serve his country as a dentist in the U.S. Navy Dental Corps. During his three years of military service, he gained wide-ranging clinical experience serving under board-certified specialists in the areas of oral surgery, endodontics, periodontics, and prosthodontics.
FOR 25 YEARS, DR. LAIS HAS BEEN WORKING WITH THE ACADEMY OF INTERDISCIPLINARY DENTOFACIAL THERAPY STUDY GROUP. Their approach is similar to the Mayo Clinics in which multiple specialists gather to craft a single patient treatment plan. His clinical focus on creating biology-based long-term health and esthetics rather than engaging the disease-repair cycle sets him apart as a leading-edge practitioner.
Jackie helps patients enjoy their experience, understand their treatment, and answer questions. SHE WORKED AS A CERTIFIED DENTAL ASSISTANT FOR 13 YEARS, AS WELL AS A CERTIFIED DENTAL PRACTICE MANAGEMENT ASSISTANT. JACKIE ALSO TAUGHT TEAM BUILDING IN DENTAL OFFICES AT NATIONAL DENTAL CONVENTIONS.Raised in Joplin, Jackie and Randy have been married for over two decades. She enjoys cooking, traveling, reading, and her two dogs, Madison and Macie.
With a bachelors degree in business and a background in accounting, Guanica has served in dental management for over 20 years. She enjoys being part of a practice where customer service and education are at the core of the practice. A native of Tennessee, she and her husband Ed are proud parents of young adults: Edward III (Vanessa), Joshua, and Anica. Anticipating the arrival of their second grandchild, all available free time is spent with their first grandchild, Olivia.
David has been assisting Dr. Lais for over a decade. With a deep interest in the technical side of dentistry, he has become very involved in the laboratory procedures necessary to support the delivery of outstanding dental art. He has pursued advanced lab technician training at the Texas Center for Occlusal Studies on the way to becoming the first lab technician in Northwest Arkansas fully trained in Condylar Centering Orthotics used to treat bit instability.David, his wife, and son are natives of NWA. They enjoy spending time together camping, fishing, riding bikes, and attending automobile shows and racing events.

Best dentist innNorthwest Arkansas. Fixes all types of issues caused by other dentists from notes being off, bad caps, etc etc. Invisalign for the kids. Great experience for years now.

I was experiencing the most irritating, burning, constant tingling sensation in my upper gums. Nothing I did helped. I was recommended to Dr Lais and got an appointment quickly. After diagnosing my problem, I was fitted with an appliance and started to see some relief after a week. It's been a journey, not a quick fix, but I am definitely relieved, no burning or tingling. It was a muscle problem, my bite was off. I had seen my dentist and primary MD, they tried but couldn't fix the problem. I truly don't know what I would have done if I hadn't seen Dr. Lais, I had been miserable for several months. I sincerely thank everyone at Lais Dentistry for their help. I was in such discomfort and got relief. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone. They're professional, very friendly and reassuring. Truly a good experience for me.

Had a cleaning today. The Hygienist was exceptional. She was extremely knowledgeable and taught me some good practices that I didn't even think of. Dr. Lais came in for a quick look and pointed out a problem with a tooth I didn't notice until he pointed it out.

Dr Lais's team is always attentive, easy to schedule with and top notch in skills snd patient comfort. I have had a lot of dentists over the years. Dr Lais has always been attentive to my needs. Previous dental work even from childhood was always traumatic. His fine touch is comforting. He gives the best local anesthetic shot of any dentist! Thank you all for your attention over 15 years!

My dentist is better than your dentist. Hahah. Seriously, no one compares. I've had extensive dental over the years due to braces 35 years ago that messed up my bite which was never even looked at by any other dentist. They just capped and never had any explanation for why my teeth were wearing down and the constant headaches. I had such high anxiety that When I heard of sedation dentistry, I decided to try it. Enter Dr. Lais... (after a few dozen different dentists in different parts of the country), it's been a few years and still no more headaches teeth are healthy and my bite is correct and no more cavities. Life-altering goodness. Now our whole family goes to him. My son is getting Invisalign for kids and rest of the family is just getting "regular" checkups. They are the best. And if you need caps... his temporaries are better than anyone else's permanent ones. And he's an expert at root canals, too. The best!!!
