Dr. Laird has been practicing in our area since 2016. He earned his Bachelor of Science in nutritional science at Brigham Young University before serving a mission in Guatemala for two years. During that time, he became fluent in Spanish. He earned his DDS at the Virginia Commonwealth University School of Dentistry in 2013. In 2015, He also completed his orthodontics residency and his MS in orthodontics and dentofacial orthopedics from the University of Oklahoma College of Dentistry. He is a diplomate of the American Board of Orthodontics. He has accomplished the following achievements:
Dr. Laird is a perfectionist who wants to make sure his patients get the smiles that they want. He loves being an orthodontist and straightening his patients teeth. He works very hard at his calling, and his personal motto is Persistence.
Dr. Lairds wife, Lauren, is our office manager and a native of Katy. She is also a graduate of Cinco Ranch high school (Go, Cougars!). Dr. Laird and Lauren have two sons, Branson and Crew. In his spare time, Dr. Laird enjoys the outdoors and looks forward to skiing, boating, kitesurfing and hiking.

My daughter and I travelled in to Houston and after lunch, she noticed that she'd forgotten the rubber bands for her braces. I called expecting a "not my patient" but was surprised to not only speak directly with the orthodontist but also to have him have us come right over to get the bands. FREE. He even spent time talking with my daughter who is soon to be out of braces(ergo the mad dash for rubber bands) about beginning high school... Really nice man. He said he'd hope that other orthodontists would do the same for his patients. I hope so too!

I called out of desperation 2.5 weeks ago because my permanent retainer broke and every other place wanted $300-$500. It was "fixed" at a dental office. It was a disaster. Dr. Laird spent 2 hours undoing what was done and replacing my retainer. I was afraid the price would go up since a 35 minute job turned into 2 hours but they charged me the exact price I was quoted. Also the staff was very friendly-they all seemed happy to be there! Hopefully I don't break my retainer again any time soon, but we'll definitely be back!

Great experience. I must say , I'm sad that I'm completed my treatment. Dr.Laird and his staff is amazing. They made the process worth it . This is such a bitter sweet moment but I truly appreciate their service . Dr.Laird did an amazing job. I am very pleased with the outcome. If you're looking for a great orthodontist, that provides great service in a supportive environment go to Dr.Laird, you won't be disappointed!!!

Dr Laird is an excellent orthodontist, very experienced, kind and professional. I'm very happy with the results of the Invisalign treatment I got at his office. The staff are amazing as well, I couldn't ask for better service on every aspect. Highly recommend them!!!!!

Dr Laird has done a great work on my teeth. He made sure my teeth are well aligned even if that meant extra visits (without any extra cost). The staff is also amazing; very professional while being extremely friendly.

We are visiting Houston from Albuquerque, NM and my son somehow loosened two brackets on his top front teeth. With us not returning home for 10 days, we called Dr. Pulver's office and the got him in immediately to rebond the brackets. They could not have been nicer! They didn't take our insurance so they passed on charging us. We truly appreciate their kindness and would definitely recommend them.

Dr. Ross is amazing, he took the time to explain all the procedures and treatments that are needed to achieve my dream of a perfect smile. He explains all the pros and cons of the treatments so that I can make an independent judgment on what works best for me. His staff is also extremely helpful and friendly. I so look forward to my future appointments.

Aloha!! First off my daughter was referred to Dr. Pulver through Mint Denistry. It's a little distant from our home but I was willing to make the drive to give them a chance for my daughter's sake. At first appointment, we were met with a very friendly staff. We were a bit early but were seen at our timely schedule, which was great. The staff was friendly and personable with my daughter, which I really appreciated. Dr. Pulver is friendly and very informative, with a nice personality. I immediately felt this is the place I want my daughter to be. Therefore, the distant drive may well be worth it in the end for a great smile!
