Since 1997, Dr. Slade Lail has been practicing dentistry in Duluth, Georgia. He started his career by obtaining an Associate degree from Young Harris College and a Bachelor of Science in biology from the University of Georgia. He then earned his Doctorate of Dentistry from the University of Tennessee, Memphis.

Since the day he opened his practice in 1997, Dr. Lail has been dedicated to serving the community, whether in-office or through community involvement. He has served as president of the Gwinnett Rotary Club, chairman of the City of Duluth Alcohol Review Board, Duluth Planning and Zoning commission, and is currently serving as a board member of the Downtown Development Authority. He is also on the executive council of the Hinman Dental Society. Dr. Lail has been named numerous times in the Best Dentist category in Atlanta Magazine and Gwinnett Magazine.

Not only does Dr. Lail work in Duluth, he also lives there with his wife, Kristy, and five children: Carson, Garrett, Sidney, Jamie, and Scarlett. Dr. Lail and his family have a strong passion for the outdoors and spend much of their free time at his property in Hancock County, Georgia. His investment in the environment has been recognized throughout the state as his property was named Georgia Tree Farm of the Year in 2007 and won the 2008 Forest Stewardship Award. Dr. Lail himself was also named the 2007 Hancock County Conservationist of the Year.

Dr. Wallace Lail has been practicing dentistry for over 50 years. Upon completing his pre-dental studies at Emory University in Atlanta in 1961, Dr. Lail obtained his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the University of Tennessee College of Dentistry in 1965. After that, he joined the United States Army and practiced for 3 years. In 1969, he moved to Duluth, GA and started his own practice.

Dr. Lail has been a member of the Hinman Dental Society since 1971, serving as president in 1995 and was the General Chairman of the Hinman Dental meeting in 1998. Dr. Lail has been a civil servant in Duluth for 40 years and has served on the Duluth City Council. He is a charter member of the Gwinnett Rotary Club and served as president from 1983-1984.

Dr. Lail still lives in Duluth with his wife, Mary. They have 3 sons, Ray, Slade, and Brandan as well as 2 nephews and 13 grandchildren. He enjoys spending time at his cabin in Suches, as well as hunting and fishing. He also enjoys flying his restored 1938 Stearman bi-plane.

For over 32 years, Dr. Lisa Moss has been practicing dentistry. Dr. Moss grew up in Dunwoody, GA; where she graduated from Dunwoody High School. She then attended the University of Georgia and graduated with a Bachelor of Science Degree in biology. Soon after, she attended the Medical University of South Carolina in Charleston where she earned her Doctor of Dental Medicine degree. She is a member of the American Dental Association, the Georgia Dental Association, the Hinman Dental Society, and the American Academy of Facial Aesthetics.

In her free time, Dr. Moss volunteers with Community of Smiles, the Georgia Baptist Healthcare Mobile Ministry, and Kiwanis Club of Duluth. She has two adult children, Melissa and Wiley, a son-in-law Andrew, and a grandson James Wiley. She has a 13 year old beagle named Roscoe who keeps her on her toes. She enjoys gardening and dancing the Carolina Shag Dance with her Shag Atlanta club in her spare time. She is always ready to serve the Lord wherever he may lead her. She also enjoys visiting and spending time with her friends and family.

Dr. Callaway grew up in Hartwell, Georgia where he graduated as valedictorian from Hart County High School. He then attended The University of Georgia and graduated with a Bachelor of Science in biological engineering with an emphasis in biomedical engineering. He then went on to complete his Doctorate of Dental Medicine at the Dental College of Georgia where he graduated with honors.

Dr. Callaway is a proud member of the American Dental Association, Georgia Dental Association, and the Hinman Dental Society. When not practicing dentistry, Dr. Callaway enjoys hunting, fishing, documentaries, podcasts, and spending time with his family.

Devan married his high school sweetheart, Lindsey, in 2014. In February 2021, they were blessed with the arrival of their daughter Olivia. Dr Callaway and his wife currently live in Duluth and look forward to being pillars inthe Duluth community for many years to come.

Debi has been with Lail Family since June of 2006. She has been managing all the financial and business aspects of Dr. Lails office. Her favorite part of her job is changing peoples perception of being at the dentist. She does this by helping patients overcome their financial obstacles, thus allowing them to reach their full optimum dental health. A Dacula resident, Debi and her husband Mike are proud parents of four children and three grandchildren.

Nora graduated from the Medical College of Georgia with a Bachelors of Science in Dental Hygiene in 2009. She has been with Dr. Slade Lail since 2011. Nora lives in Flowery Branch with her one year old son Daniel. In her free time, Nora enjoys going to the beach and spending time with family and friends.

Alice is a native of Lyons, Georgia. She has had a career as a first grade teacher in Brunswick, GA before obtaining her dental hygiene degree in 1995. Alice has been with Dr. Slade Lail since 2002. She has practiced dental hygiene in Arizona and Georgia. Alice has three cats and one cavalier spaniel named Sugar. She loves the beach and traveling in her spare time.

Christian is a graduate from Gwinnett Tech. She was an intern at this office before becoming a member of this phenomenal team in 2013. Christian helps with the front office and back office. Her upbeat and jovial personality makes a delightful day here.

Steaphine is a Gwinnett Technical College graduate. She joined the team in 2015. She enjoys creating a relaxed and joyful environment for patients by cracking jokes and keeping a smile on her face. Her main focus is to make each patient feel respected and comfortable. In her free time she enjoys books, running, and spending time with her husband and daughters.

Bobbie is a graduate of Lanier Technical College. Since her graduation she has been part of Lail Family Dentistry since 1995. She manages the financial and insurance needs of his patients. Bobbie is the go-to person with all the patients financial treatment questions. She is a Barrow County native and a mother of two: daughter Chelsea and son Chace. She is also a proud Nana of two grandsons. While out of the office Bobbies hobbies include spending time with her family, hiking, and shopping.

Sally is a Georgia native born and raised in Lilburn. She graduated from the Medical College of Georgia in 2009 with a Bachelors of Science in Dental Hygiene. She enjoys discussing gardening, food, and travel with her patients as a way to make them feel more relaxed in the dental chair.

Angela has been in dentistry since 2005, joining Dr. Lails team as his lead assistant in 2008. She takes pride in making her patients feel comfortable and relaxed. She lives in Gainesville with her boyfriend, Ben and her 3 children, Jacob, Kenley and Rhett. She enjoys spending time with her family, as well as camping and crafting.

Stephanie is a graduate of Gwinnett Technical College. She has been a dental assistant since 2003. Stephanie has been living in Duluth since 1996. She enjoys spending time with her husband and two daughters.

Erica joined the practice in 2018 and attended Dental Career Institute, graduating in 2014. She is very dedicated to the practice, helping and caring to make sure everyone who visits has the best experience possible. She and her husband live on Lake Hartwell with their two dogs and chickens. In her pastime, she likes to; garden, camp, suba dive,and travel

Maxine is originally from London, England. She moved to Georgia 30 years ago. Maxine attended University of North Georgia and received a Dental Hygiene degree in 1995. She enjoys spending time with her son, going to church, and going on walks.
