Excellent from front desk, Cheryl, to dental chair to follow up. Orthodontic treatments are protracted and to have a place that treats you like family is wonderful. Staff are warmly efficient. Dr Laidlaw treats you as a patient partner. She would always ensure the best outcomes. Her honesty and integrity shines

I recently had to go back after 2+ years from having braces for some jaw pain. They have always been so kind and helpful, I always feel that they are listening to my concerns and giving me the best treatment. Never have any complaints!

I absolutely love Laidlaw Orthodontics. They take the time to explain the treatment plan and what it entails. They make you feel like family and they are so kind and patient with my kids. Would definitely recommend them to friends and family!

The absolute best! My daughter has a very complicated mouth to say the least and Dr. Laidlaw and her entire team have gone above and beyond from the first day to make sure that she is getting the best care. Dr.Laidlaw has personally communicated with the oral surgeon to coordinate care and calls me to follow up whenever it's needed. I would recommend Laidlaw Orthodontics to anyone looking for top notch care.

Dr Laidlaw is a great orthodontist. She treated me when she first took over the practice and is now treating my kids. She has a great eye for perfection really cares for her patients. I highly recommend her and her amazing staff.

They have taken very excellent care of me. As an adult getting braces, my case was not easy, and they have done as much as they could to make the experience as easy as possible. Dr. Laidlaw is a great doctor and very professional.

PLEASE READ!!!!..... Do you need an Orthodontist?? Keep reading..... Dr. Laidlaw and her team are above exceptional!!! They all exhibit great customer service, trust, honesty, and hospitality!! From the front desk to the back chairs, you will experience the same positive energy. I am always comfortable and relaxed when going there!!! Everyone, including Andy and Britt are always welcoming!! I love that we all can laugh together while getting my braces tightened!! Laidlaw Orthodontist is hands down #1 in Oregon, and in my opinion #1 in the USA. If you don't believe me, make an appointment and you will see!!!...... Thank you Laidlaw Orthodontist for making my frown into a beautiful smile!!!

Dr. Laidlaw and her staff have been wonderful throughout not just my own orthodontic treatment as an adult, but for my early teen who has a lot of sensory concerns and sometimes special accommodations. They have made it a safe space for him where he can sing along with the radio and staff to ease his anxieties. Laidlaw has gone above and beyond on multiple occasions to assist my son. I can't recommend this place enough.

Professionals who know what they are doing. Dr. Laidlaw is very talented. She helped correct my bite gone wrong, as an adult. The All Female compassionate atmosphere is a big plus as to why I chose Laidlaw Orthodontics.
