My daughter really likes coming here. They always get her right in and right out. The Doctor and Everyone else that works there is really nice and the office is nice as well! Also, they have text reminders and confirmation which is awesome.

Prompt and courteous service. I needed to be seen on somewhat of an emergency. The schedule was full but I was accommodated. That's important.

Everyone in the office is very nice. The staff are as gentle as they can be, and they'll do their best to make sure your experience is smooth, comfortable, and easy.

Great customer service. They are following all COVID protocols. Staff is very friendly. Dr Heir explained the treatment plan for my son, and answered all my questions. Strongly recommend this office.

Dr Heir is fantastic. She really took her time explaining what my son needs and what we can expect. She is great and sweet and gives a good price for treatment. I really recommend this office. The dr heir work hard and I think that she loves what she do . Thanks

The office is habitually running behind. We have tried morning appointments and afternoons, regardless of the time they are running late. For example, our last appointment was for 10 AM, we were not seen until 10:45 AM. There are often lines out the door. They are cheaper than other orthodontist offices, but you get what you pay for.
