My daughter had her first dental visit and the staff was very friendly and welcoming. Dr. Ditto was great and my 3 year old absolutely loved him. The staff is very informative also.

Absolutely mind blowing as well as alarming that a a pediatric dentist they expect you to be comfortable sending your child to the back by themselves knowing nothing about anything that is happening, which in turn gives them no opportunity for advocating for themselves!

Dr Sammons is a very unprofessional, so called children's dentist. A 5 year old having first experience with some extensive dental work, might just cry. That's what 5 year old do when they're scared. He completed work that was not on the care plan. He told her, "stop crying and whining" WHAT? The fact they do not let parents go with their children, that's wrong. Parents should be with their children. We, in healthcare, teach children don't go to scary places without Mommy and/ or Daddy. What kind of healthcare facility gets away with this in today's world? I would give 0 or negative if possible.

My daughter has anxiety about needles and the staff was very patient... it got to the point where I had to step outside and talk to my daughter.. and when we came back in, they got her back and they said she did great that time. They were very patient and very good with both of us. Thank you!!

My 7 y/o daughter had an appointment with Dr Ditto today. No complaints about her teeth..As we arrived to check in at front desk i asked the receptionist what kind of dental service my daughter will be receiving, she tells me clearly, 'for fillings'...now, from previous appointment, i was told by the other doctor about possible crowning of my child's one molar, without much explanations as to why she would need one...at that time, it was a very quick visit with the dentist, i just listened and took it as a recommendation, BUT 100% sure that I DID NOT APPROVE FOR IT..so, my daughter went in, came out with two fillings and a CROWN!...i was very surprised and disappointed that they did not even ask me if i would like to go ahead with the crowning, they assumed i agreed with the previous doctor..i asked immediately for the billing, and found out they are charging $288 for the crowning alone (it was a portion of the $500+ total charges, without the insurance deductions yet) for the service i did not consent for..i complained to Dr Ditto and informed him that i was not aware that the crowning will be done..i told him, the receptionist failed to let me know, and i dont want it and i dont think the service was even necessary! i also informed Dr Ditto that not all his clients are able to pay those bills, and they have to be clear upfront of the services they will be providing especially that parents are not allowed to be with their kids inside the clinic. I am all for the best of my daughter, but this time i felt violated and ripped off.

i would give zero if i can.we r only here for three months and had enough disappointments. firstly i told them specifically which doctor i want to see,and after first appointment they switched him without letting us know.and sadly I was 2mins later than the time limit for the appointment that day, we were rejected to be seen since the new dentist needs more time to.warm up with the kid.... and the front desk.was like, u r late ,all ur fault, now go away. not being polite not try to solve or comfort (parents with young kids hardly arranged time and deal with fussy kids finally made it), she was like a boss checking her employee. but at same time not talked about why we were switched and cause all this?if it was the previous doctor we should have enough time to make it! and today,my daughter said she is hurt after she was numbed, she did great for the previous four fillings here, and she was really uncomfortable this time,so instead of checking what went wrong (or they actually know) or comfort her, they just send her out said pay for it and come back at march(exam day) when they firstly book appointments for fillings, they were like, those are molar teeth u want to.be quick, now there is a real issue, they are like ,no rush?! my daughter is in pain u just let it? also they have rigid rules, but the strick rules are only used to limit patients not them, when they did wrong, they dont admit, they dont communicate, they dont fix it. the over all experience is very very uncomfortable

I am very pleased with the care that my children receive from Drs. Ditto and Sammons. Having the extra training in Pediatric Dentistry is very important to me as someone who works with children daily in the medical field. My children have been under their care since they were 2-3 years of age, and they have never had a bad experience or been frightened to see the Dentist. I also have the utmost confidence that unnecessary procedures will NOT be recommended just to generate revenue. I also know that my daughter is getting excellent Orthodontic care with Dr Sammons and his team.

I have not been impressed with anything at this office, we've been for cleanings and cavity filings. We came because their out of pocket costs were lower-- you get what you pay for. We won't be going back. The dentists don't explain or show you what needs to be done (because you can't go back with your child to understand, which I hate), and my children say they aren't kind or very gentle. The office staff always seem to be annoyed. And I'm not convinced they are always honest about what needs to be done. For being a pediatric dentist they arent very good with kids and parents.
