Highly recommend Dr. Chandler and his staff. My girlfriend was needing her wisdom teeth removed and they got the job done and we are highly satisfied. From the moment we walked in for the consultation to the moment we left upon completion of procedure everyone was so kind, professional, and patient.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! The staff, as well as Doctor Kelly, were and are The Absolute BEST! They truly listen and then go above and beyond in their care for their patients! From calming nerves and fears. To explaining everything and completing everything exactly as explained before procedure! I am looking for an oral surgeon, Gene Dupre, who has a secretary Marcia. I think this is the same oral surgeon but he merged his business. This reveiew is about oral surgeon, Gene Dupre. There needs to be tougher laws on dentists/ doctors who listen to people posing as patients just to go in and stop these doctors from giving me medical treatment. This dentist should be in prison. He discussed me with people, I know Dean of Students Patricia Cottonham at the University of Louisiana was one, and there is a possibility that another woman who worked in the LDUE financial aid department was another. I told them to call me by a nickname in the lobby. My bf told the surgeon thst someone called the ladt dentists said they were me and cancelled my appointment. I know that it was Patricia Cottonham from UL because my official name was used. When my bf told him that, Gene Duprr said thst happens often that someone listening in the lobby calls the day of the appointment and cancels their appointment.

Dr. Chandler and his entire staff were amazing. They were professional, knowledgeable and took terrific care of me from beginning to end. They answered all of my questions and helped me feel comfortable about my procedure. Dr. Chandler himself even called me the morning after my surgery to check on me and ensure I was doing ok. Mine was a long process (6 months - I had 2 implants with a bone graft) but we got through it and my results were above satisfactory. I would recommend anyone to this clinic. Thanks!

I recommend LOS to anyone who needs professional oral surgery. One of the most professional, spirit of excellent personnel offices I have ever had service performed. Front the front desk to the discharge. Between Jess and Dray, Dr. Chandler's assistants, I don't know which one was the nicest. Very very caring, making sure I was comfortable and I had everything I needed to make this visit a pleasurable experience. Dr. Chandler completed the surgery with professionalism and in a timely manner. My appointment was for 10:00am and I was called to back at 10am. Not to mention that this place is extremely clean. Very nice people!

After searching and hoping from place to place I found Lafayette Oral Surgery...the staff is very friendly and professional. My oral surgery was super quick. Even though I'm in pain and will be in discomfort for a while I give them 11/10 and will definitely recommend anyone here. Good job guys and thank you.

I NO longer feel comfortable going to this location. Unfortunately the VA is paying for the extraction so I have no choice. I had my initial consult and wisdom tooth extraction scheduled. They selected the day AFTER Christmas. I notified them i wouldn't be in town for xmas. They then rescheduled to the day after Thanksgiving (Black Friday). A week later I was made aware of the date and I was disappointed. I had specified NOT to schedule it near Thanksgiving or Christmas because thus2 would be my FIRST xmas and Thanksgiving with my family in 4 years due to being in the military. They got MAD at ME. And discontinued my consult stating "to many reschedules" when they SHOULDNT have scheduled the day after Thanksgiving to began with without checking her notes because i specially said NOT near Thanksgiving. So NOW my entire left side of my jaw is numb and my ear and chin is hurting. I notified them 3 weeks ago IN PERSON and called MULTIPLE TIMES a week and they stated they would "Call me back" and I NEVER RECEIVED a CALL or update. I honestly think they are doing that slightly on purpose to be spiteful because I been advocating to them how my face is tingling. The lady at the front said thats normal! No that is NOT NORMAL. I STILL NEVER HAD MY WISDOM TOOTH EXTRACTED YET. . So how it NORMAL for a person face to tingle and go numb? They do NOT care. Im so scared to trust them with my life. I honestly wish the VA would allow me to go elsewhere but this the only location they have a contract with :(

Great staff everything is explained into detail and they take pride in their work. I had a 4 wisdom teeth removal and it went so smooth the pain I had after surgery wasn't even as bad as I thought it would be like I hear from most people going other places would 100% recommend

Our son removed his impacted wisdom teeth and an impacted supernumerary tooth that was in a tough spot. Dr. Kelley and his staff were very kind and very present in the moment as if we were the only people there. Even when our son experienced discomfort in his healing process, we were quite impressed with the after hours, on-call support (literally at 4am) from Dr. Chandler. We cannot say enough about this office. From the front office staff, to the financial office, and all of the medical staff we encountered, thank you!

I had 4 back teeth removed , and they were great everything went smooth and amazing ! The staff is very nice , and patient I would recommend this for anyone. Dr Kelley is wonderful !!
