Dr. Henrikson grew up in Crown Point, IN and attended Ball State University, receiving his Bachelors degree. Dr. Henrikson then pursued his Doctorate in Dental Surgery at Indiana University School of Dentistry, graduating in 1999. After completing a one year residency at Wishard Hospital in Indianapolis, Dr. Henrikson spent four years at the University of Cincinnati completing his oral & maxillofacial surgery residency. He became certified with the American Board of Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery in 2006.
Dr. Henrikson is a member of the American Association of Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeons, the American Dental Association, Indiana Dental Association, West Central Dental Society, Seattle Study Club, Indiana Society of Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery and the American Dental Society of Anesthesiology. Dr. Henrikson is also the Anesthesia Chairman of the Indiana State Oral & Maxillofacial Society. He volunteers with Great Shape! Inc, and the Indiana University School of Dentistry.

I had all four wisdom teeth removed. Everything went well and it was my first time being put under sedation. The eight day post-removal, I called them because I was having a lot of pain and they got me in an hour after calling.

They are so kind and professional I would suggest anyone needing oral surgery go here I have always been afraid of Dentist but they made me feel so comfortable I was at ease thank you your whole staff is very kind and friendly

Can't even get them to answer their phones during work hours. I always get forced to listen the voicemail instructions. When they finally gave me a call back, I answered, the receptionist knew I answered and hung up. Then calling them back they didn't answer and I went back to the voicemail. If you're doing callbacks you should be able to answer the phone for incoming calls during that day. Instead they want to call me while I'm at work instead of answering the phone when I actually can talk. I would recommend to go somewhere that they respect your time and value as a customer. Looks like I'll have to go to my dentist to get my wisdom teeth pulled with no anesthesia.

I experienced the worst customer service there. The front desk was extremely rude and refused to look for an appointment on a Friday. I canceled twice before once for pneumonia and once for covid and they had the nerve to tell me this is the last time I can reschedule. When a got upset they hung up on me. TWICE!

I had a great experience here when I got my wisdom teeth removed a few months ago. They all were very nice and helpful, answered all my questions I had before and after. The nice receptionist. She made my appointment, and she was very friendly the day of the procedure making sure I wasn't nervous and reassuring me that everything would go great! Overall had a awesome experience and would recommend!

I had my wisdom teeth out here! The nurses were nice, the surgeon was great, the rooms were clean, and overall it was a great experience. I was given detailed instructions for after the surgery and every question I had was answered fully in a way I could easily understand. I was nervous for the surgery but it went so smooth all thanks to LOMSG! Highly recommend!!!

I had all four of my wisdom teeth removed two days ago. The top had to be pulled and then bottom cut out. Besides the initial wait of 40 some minutes my procedure went flawlessly. Minimal bruising and swelling, they gave me pain meds, antibiotics and a steroid and called me the following day to check up on me and any concerns I had. Additionally they accepted my insurance and I had very little out of pocket expenses even tho I did IV sedation. 10/10 recommend them. They are extremely professional, helpful and knowledgeable.

My girlfriend got her wisdom teeth out at this location and everything went smoothly. She is an out of state Purdue student and was very nervous about getting a procedure done away from home. The staff here made it very easy, no consultation was necessary saving us time and money and was able to easily send over her x-rays for the surgeon to review beforehand. The procedure was done in the morning so we did not have to wait very long, although before being put under she did sit in the room for ~25 minutes. Her surgery was very easy and after being took about 20 minutes, making our total time at this location just over an hour. Post-op instructions were given to us during our wait and also a detailed packet of instructions we're given to take home. We would highly recommend this location, especially to Purdue students looking for a friendly place to get a procedure done.
