An intraoral camera is an indispensable diagnostic and educational tool. The tiny video camera moves around inside of your mouth and generates a tooth by tooth video exam of your teeth. Lasers are a non-surgical approach to arresting the progression of periodontal disease. Following scaling and root planing, a laser is used to significantly reduce the bacterial colonies and decontaminate the infected periodontal pocket. Lasers also remove the infected tissue lining the periodontal pocket. As the infected tissue is removed, microscopic blood clots form and your body's natural healing response takes over. As you heal, the tissue reattaches to the bone and your gums return to a healthy infection-free state.
Cone Beam Computed Tomography (CBCT) is an advanced, proven technology that provides more precise three-dimensional (3D) imaging for more accurate diagnosis and treatment of oral health conditions. 3D dental X-rays can uncover issues that may not be detectable with 2D X-rays. All of the employees were very professional and very nice. The office is very comfortable and friendly. However the one problem that I did have was the length of time it took to get things finished.

As per my previous post from 2 weeks ago and first post 4 weeks a go As requested I've left 2 messages with the owner and dr. and have not gotten any return calls. Said to say. Now I have to find another dentist and dish out some more money. And again they posted to call them again The dr or owner still never called me back. It's all great care at first til you have a problem with a crown. Now I have a excellent caring dentist ! Be wise go somewhere else. .

I must say that I have always been treated with respect and kindness during my visits to this office. Dr. Babineaux is so caring, compassionate and thorough. The dental hygienist was very knowledgeable and caring. It is clearly evident that she truly cares about the patient, performing a great job and she enjoys what she does for a living. I highly recommend this group for your dental needs. DM

Had crowns down that cost 4000 two years later one of my crowns just fell apart. Office staff said that because I didn't go in for a cleaning that my warranty was void. Their machine makes weak teeth

Had an extraction and exposure done without anesthetic by Dr. Erian, and this has without a doubt been the most positive experience I've ever had at a dental clinic! Having worked in service myself, I know good teamwork when I see it, and the staff here were wonderfully professional and refreshingly friendly. Any slip ups that occured leading up to the procedure were handled swiftly and without issue. Dr Erian was wonderfully communicative and understanding when answering my endless questions, and the staff at the front counter had such great senses of humor. The entire staff were wonderful about putting my nerves at ease before and after the procedure. After the initial numbing agent was applied, I experienced no pain, only varying degrees of pressure and numbness, along with a strange sensation of my fingers and toes being further away from me. Considering my nerves and the pain and discomfort I had expected walking in, I'm VERY satisfied with the care I received here, and I highly reccomend this location and its staff.

Absolutely love this team. They are very professional and friendly. I have been coming here since 2018. Every single staff member is friendly and smiling, they give you great advice and are conscious of your budget and time. Have recommended them to several people and got my mom going as well.

I wouldn't recommend. I went through a depression for about a year and a half straight after the loss of my daughter and while going through that I completely let go of my self care..for months I couldn't get out of the bed.. basic everyday tasks became unbearable. . Once I got my mental health together I made an appointment fully aware that I needed extensive work.. my teeth had suffered for long enough and I was ready to get the process back to normalcy. I deal with anxiety so going into the dentist was such a huge hurdle to overcome. I had cavities.. I needed a root canal.. I felt disgusting. I did vast research to find an office with a woman doctor to help me because I felt more comfortable knowing women are more nurturing and understanding. The day of my appointment came and I got called to the back for my x-ray. The Nurse took pictures of my teeth and did the x-ray for the doctor all the while saying yuck.. ugh.. making faces.. it was a terrible experience. My eyes filled up with tears because before I could even see the doctor the staff made me feel like I didn't belong there. You would think that me being there would be a clear indication that I was there to fix the issues I was having .... Nonetheless I sat through the appointment and never came back. The doctor was kind but ultimately it didn't matter after the experience with the dental assistant.

My brother had his wisdom teeth removed here by Dr. Popp and had a truly horrible experience. I'd absolutely advise against getting your wisdom teeth out here.

Beware of false advertising, they charged my insurance $650 for simple visit and sent me $120 bill for simple cleaning, They advertise 69 for cleaning, beware of scam

I had my daughter's wisdom teeth pulled here and had to pay up front because they were not sure what my insurance would cover. While waiting for my insurance to pay I called the office and asked what the total amount and was given an amount. I then called my insurance company and asked them how much they were paying. I overpaid and was due the difference between what the actual cost was and what my insurance paid. When all was said and done the total amount changed in their favor, considerably. I could not get a straight answer and felt like I was being given the runaround. They ended up changing the amount closer to what the original amount was but it still was not the original amount they told me. In the future I will not be using this dentist again.

5 stars is an understatement. Awesome staff (front desk & clinical) not to mention Dr. Shank is also amazing! Couldn't ask for a better experience. 10/10 recommend .

Staff is friendly and nice. Enjoyed the first few visits. The had to have a root canal and a crown put in. Not long after I had a bridge put in. Costing thousands of dollars. 2 years later the crown became loose and fell off when I was just flossing. I called asking for an appointment with any dentist because of the pain. The girl put me on hold to go talk to the doctors. When she came back she then told me the next available appointment was mid September. Also my mother in law had an appointment for February and they keep calling to cancel it.
