Dr. Fischer was born and raised in Brownsburg, Indiana. He attended Indiana University in Bloomington, Indiana where he met his wife, Regan. He completed his Doctor of Dental Surgery at Indiana University School of Dentistry in Indianapolis, Indiana. Afterwards he completed a General Practice Residency at the Richard L. Roudebush Veterans Affairs Medical Center in Indianapolis, Indiana. He returned to Indiana University School of Dentistry for his two-year endodontics residency where he received his Certificate in Endodontics and a Masters of Science in Dentistry.
