Dr. Leo PolinkovskyIn 2012, Dr. Leo graduated from dental school from Ohio State University. Before that, he completed his undergraduate in biology. Since graduating dental school, he has completed over 600 hours of continuing education and has also received the FAGD Award from the Academy of General Dentistry. Part of his continuing education was at the Duquesne University. He has been a member of the ADA, AGD and AAID. Since starting this practice, Dr. Leo has strived to treat patients like family and to be the best dentist he can be. When not working hard at the office, Dr. Leo enjoys running, skiing, hiking, camping and spending time with his family and his dog, Webster.

Genevieve Office Manager Genevieve has been part of our practice for years now and has over five years of dental administration experience. From a young age, Genevieve assumed all roles in the administrative department learning what it takes to build the ideal patient experience. Genevieve is married to a wonderful husband, and in her spare time, she enjoys painting, camping and roller skating.
Barbara Registered Dental Hygienist Barbara joined our team in 2010. She works to keep our patients smiles clean and shine and helps them fight gum disease. She enjoys working together with the rest of our dental family to keep mouths healthy, which also improve patients overall health.
Emily Dental Hygienist Emily is a dental hygienist and has been with the practice since September 2018. She graduated with an associate degree in dental hygiene in May of 2015 and her bachelors degree in dental hygiene in August of 2016. As the youngest child in her family, Emily learned how to be adaptable in many situations, which helps in the dental office! She enjoys hiking, cooking and taking piano lessons.
I love that I get to educate patients and assist them in developing the healthy smile they desire. Emily is eager to get to know you and serve to the best of her abilities. She is a team player and is so happy to have found her dental home away from home.
Rebecca Rebecca has made Colorado her new home over the last two years with her sweet kitty, Angel. She brings in over six years of dental experience between Florida and Colorado. Becca enjoys a good hike, meeting new people and settling into her new home state.

I've been coming to Dr Leo and his friendly knowledgeable staff for over two years now and have really appreciated them. They truly showed how caring and personable they are when they accommodated me on a busy Monday today and even moved my appointment to an earlier time when I had an unexpected occurrence with my tooth. I didn't even have to wait once I arrived at the office and received thorough and professional treatment. Today, I was really glad that I have them to take care of me.

Spectacular customer service! I was visiting from out of town and my temporary crown fell out. The front desk staff was amazingly sweet and offered to give me some temporary cement to avoid paying out of pocket (I was out of dental benefits for the year) and the over-the-counter cement failed. They walked me through the process, and it was a breeze. I would definitely consider using them as my primary dentist if I lived in Colorado.

After an unpleasant experience at another local dentist, I came to Dr Leo for a second opinion. I wound up getting my front teeth filled, and they were uneven and thin, as they had both chipped a little. I was very anxious about the experience but Dr Leo made it very easy and not only filled my front teeth but did an excellent job leveling them out so no more jaggedness. Very happy with this office highly recommend.

The best Dental experience I've had in a long time and my husband agrees!!! It was our first time at this office, the front staff, Dr. Leo, and the dental hygienists were all so kind and attentive!! They definitely chose the right name for their practice, because they are "Dental Excellence!!!!"

I just had my first appointment today and met Dr Leo and his team. The staff at the front desk were incredibly welcoming, efficient and informative. We reviewed the best financial options together. I really enjoyed Roland's gentle manners when as he took the xrays. Dr Leo was genuine, compassionate and caring. He designed a manageable treatment plan, referring me to the suitable specialist. Emily, the dental hygienist is an incredible human being. So kind, patient and skilled. I never thought I would say this but I am looking forward to by next visit.

Just switched dentist after 14 years. I loved my old dentist and was nervous to switch. I am so glad I did. The office is clean and modern. The staff is friendly. The cleaning was quick and thorough. I really like that Dr. Leo showed me images of my teeth on the big screen to illustrate the recommendations. I highly recommend Lafayette Dental Excellence to anyone.
