Terrible experience, was told they did dentures, after waiting 30 minutes past our appointment time, seeing the dentist was then told no they don't

I paid for COBRA to extend my dental insurance well past my last service date and due to the dental office billing error I was forced to pay over $2,000 that should have been covered by insurance. They also tried to force me to pay for invisalign that was never provided. Horrible business to work with and I will gladly drive as far as I need to in order to find a more reputable company. Will never return and wish I could give it less than 1 star

Wendy was absolutely wonderful, she was reassuring and calming. I was a nervous wreck and she made me feel as if nothing was really that bad. She's awesome and the gentleman who was my root canal Dentist was wonderful and very professional. Both of them hands down need more money, with the ethics that they have instilled. Thank you lady smith dental I really appreciate your hospitality. Thank you WENDY!!! You were absolutely wonderful!!

Dr. A is just a delight! He does great work and is super pleasant to be around. Out of his many patients, he's still able to remember names and details. I actually moved to Maryland but wanted to finish out my dental plan with him and would schedule appts when I came to visit family. During my last visit, I had Dr. Yuen (hope I'm spelling that right) and she did awesome. I was skeptical at first but she proved herself to be a great dentist. I don't recall her assistant's name but she has a cool neck tattoo and she was also amazing. Good front desk staff. Just all around a great office. Highly recommend.

Always a great experience. My entire family goes to this practice. Front desk is very welcoming and Assistants in the back especially Wendy Make it an enjoyable experience.

Wanted to share this review of Wendy, who normally works at this practice, who was filling in at the office in Woodbridge over the weekend: I was in today for a filling, and have severe medical-related anxiety that has always made procedures like this difficult. Wendy was SO kind and went above and beyond to comfort me and help me relax throughout the procedure. Her bedside manner made all the difference during a stressful time!

Our family has been going here for years. The staff is friendly, polite, helpful and knowledgeable. The dentists actually make going to a dentist fun. They have a true desire to help patients and use great senses of humor to put you at ease. We've had dental emergencies and been treated the same day, sometimes the same hour! I've observed staff interactions and it's a respectful mentoring environment, which is a breath of fresh air. I highly recommend Ladysmith Dental.

I absolutely love this place! It is my first time here. I was running a few minutes late because of work and I called and Gladys made sure to move my appointment back 20 minutes to avoid rescheduling and the fee. Then when I arrived everyone was friendly and helpful. The office is clean, bright, and beautifully done. Wendy helped me and did my X Rays and she is absolutely awesome! I am embarrassed of the condition of my teeth because of the medicines I was prescribed that deteriorated them but she made me feel at ease. Her personality is awesome. Now I am waiting on the doctor and I am sure after seeing his staff so far, I will not be disappointed! I'm very pleased to have found this place. I am coming back ASAP to have all my work done by him. He tried really hard to get things done especially within the confines of my insurance coverage but ultimately some things are out of our hands...his effort as well as his bedside manner are extraordinary and I would recommend Ladysmith Dental & Orthodontics, as well as, Dr. Spears specifically, to anyone and everyone needing oral care.

I just started going to this dentist.the staff are amazing!!I absolutely love Wendy she is the best!!had a couple issues that were taking care of right away I would greatly recomend this place

Called to schedule an appointment and spoke to a lady on the phone named Gladies, very sweet and knowledgeable, answered all my questions in reference to my insurance, can't wait to see them in my next appointment.

Dr.Spears did my extraction and he was great. Love this office. Wendy is my favorite assistant there. Would. Definitely recommend this place.
