I just got my brackets removed from Ladner Orthodontists. I was previously at Flynn Orthodontist in Peoria and they did such a bad job with me I switched over to Ladners and I'm glad I did. The treatment there was excellent. There's not much to say because they did their job the way they were supposed to. I'm satisfied with my results.

They are a little hard to deal with. I do not appreciate the way I get to talk, but that maybe only in the Macomb office.

I went in for a bent retainer after my previous orthodontist retired. They treated me like a million bucks and were so helpful and friendly. Highly recommend!

Wonderful environment and staff! Have been to them twice. Didn't wear my retainers first time so ended up getting braces again! Both times they did not disappoint and I am so beyond thankful to have gone through both jain and ladner to provide me with a beautiful smile!

I previously had braces with a different orthodontist and they didn't do the greatest job. Ladner was able to fix all the small details that my previous orthodontist missed. But come time to get my retainers I asked Dr. Ladner to grind down my front teeth and make them even since one tooth was longer than the other. Well he ground down that one tooth that was longer only and made it angled instead of straight. Now the tooth that was shorter than the other one originally is now longer than the other. I went to the office for my final appointment to get my retainers and he looked at my teeth after I told him I didn't like what he did and he said to go to my dentist and get it fixed instead of fixing it himself. He said to him, my teeth look fine. I can look at my retainers and see the difference in my two from teeth since they made the model after he ground down my teeth. Extremely not happy with this place now. So if you don't want your wishes to be respected, I guess go here.

We could not be happier with the experience we had at Ladner and Jain Orthodontics. From start to finish the whole Invisalign process was easy and the entire staff was wonderful!

Very friendly, knowledgeable staff. Very upfront and honest about costs, plans, and great with the kids! Very pleased with my son's progress, and everything about our experience has been positive.

Having to get both of my sons braces put on within a year was not something I was looking forward to, at all, but going to Ladner Orthodontics made it a fantastic experience. My sons are five years apart and the staff were accommodating for both age groups. They taught them the appropriate responsibility for their braces and held them accountable in an understanding way. We've been to both offices and had a positive experience at both locations. We've worked with Dr. Ladner and Dr. Jain, both knowledgeable, professional, and down to Earth. We're braces-free right now, but go in for check ups. My children look forward to the check ups. That's saying a lot.

I highly recommend them for any work that is needed. Very professional and knowledgeable doctors. The staff is very helpful and explain everything.
