I just had my last appointment with Dr. Dave Wagner. He is retiring next month after 34 years here in Marlborough. I was one of his first patients when he moved to this area. It's been a great run. Congratulations Dave and I feel very comfortable going forward with your colleagues at Ladeau Dental.

I have a lot of anxiety about going to the dentist, and Kelsey the hygienist was incredibly kind and patient with me about it. She made the experience so much easier for me. Thank you Kelsey!

I am long overdue writing this great review. I have had a lot of dental work over the years and I have to say Ladeau Family Dental practice is simply the best in care, knowledge, and helping you get thru any procedure and wonderful cleaning. I had a tooth pulled the day before Thanksgiving and some repair work recently and Dr. Ladeau was so great and his team made me feel great and I highly recommend this dental practice to anyone who needs a new dentist. And I forgot to mention I travel 45 min. to this location and I feel like they treat me like family! Thank you so very much! Kim C. from Boston

From the minute I walk in, I'm made welcome. The staff are great. They let me know what they're doing and why- from a cleaning to an implant I recently had done. I feel relaxed here. And this is coming from a person who had a terrible/traumatic childhood experience with our family dentist growing up. I don't dred the dentist anymore.

I have been a patient at this practice for years and it has always been a great experience, no matter if it's a simple cleaning or a slightly more involved dental procedure.

Excellent overall. Greeted very shortly after arrival. Very friendly staff. As I have said before, these guys are in another league from all other dental practices I have been to in this area.

If you're thinking of going to this dental group (Moeckel Melissa A) please be aware: you will get surprise bills no matter what. I had gone there for just a cleaning, but after one month I received a $75 bill. I called them and asked why they charged for a routine cleaning that should be entirely covered by my insurance, and the receptionist said that they did an oral exam that my insurance covers only once in 5 years. I asked why they did an "oral exam" for a routine cleaning without letting me know that it was not going to be covered by my insurance, she had no answer for me. It is absolutely the responsibility of the dental group to ensure that patients are aware of potential charges before conducting any procedure, and this awful group does not comply. When I told the dental office receptionist that I've never gotten a surprise bill from any of my previous dentists, she told me to 'go back to my previous dentist group.' Completely unprofessional and rude - you should not be interfacing with patients if you cannot be polite or helpful. Please be careful with this dental group if you make an appointment. I would ask explicitly, every step of the way, about what is covered and what is not. I'm absolutely positive that I'm not the only one who has had an experience like this, and I probably won't be the last.

Had my first visit with the younger of the several dentists, the appointment ran a bit long but they were very thorough, polite, and informational. I feel that my best interests were their highest priority.

Really nice people but bad Dentists I've had 4 fillings that I got just over a year ago fall out and now there's holes we had to spend 5000 for 1 which I had fixed 3 times and refuse to go back because my mouth is also more sensitive now than ever do not go save your money and go somewhere else. Thank me later

I had my first appointment here last week and I had a great experience. My appointment was just for a cleaning, but they were incredibly thorough (they took a lot of Xrays and did some evaluations I've never had done before). The dental hygienist, Kelsey, was super friendly and great at her job. I only saw the Dr for a few minutes, but she was nice as well. Even tough I am moving in a few months, I plan to keep going here because I liked it so much. PS: They have a beautiful dog in the office which is bonus points in my book!! :)

After they promise that everything is covered by your insurance, be ready to get surprise bill. Dental cleaning is poor.
