Dr. DeaKyne grew up in Fortville, IN where he followed in his grandfathers footsteps to become a dentist. Dr. Deakyne received his undergraduate degree from Indiana University and received his doctor of dental surgery degree from Indiana University School of Dentistry. After 30 years of practicing dentistry, the most important things to him are still the relationship with the patient and educating them about their dental needs as well as giving them high quality care.
Dr. DeaKyne enjoys all aspects of general dentistry, including root canals and extractions. He is a member of the American Dental Association, Indiana Dental Association, and the North Central Indiana Dental Association.
Dr. DeaKyne and his wife Shelbia have four grown children and six grandchildren. They attend the Warren United Church of Christ. In his spare time, Kevin enjoys golfing, car shows, attending I.U. football and basketball games, and traveling. His wife Shelbia has a life-long passion for horses and enjoys reading and civil war history.

Our Greentown location was founded in 2000. Dr. Brian McLellan is our dentist at this facility, and he specializes in general dentistry. He and his team are currently accepting new patients at this location.
Our McCordsville location was opened in 2017. Dr. David Geiger is our provider at this location. Our McCordsville office specializes in general dentistry and are currently accepting new patients and dental emergencies.
Our Oral Surgery Center and Periodontal teamwere established in 2009. Dr. Patel is our prosthodontist, who specializes in dental implants and extractions, and Dr. Cameron Conkin is our board certified oral surgeon. They are both trained in Sedation Dentistry, Wisdom Teeth Extractions, and Dental Implants. Both of these teams work out of our specialty center located in the Atrium building in Kokomo.
We are proud to provide specialty dental care in Peru, as well as general and specialty dental care in Kokomo. Sedation dentistry is offered at all six of our LADD Dental Locations. We also offer IV Sedation at our Periodontic Location and Oral Surgery Center.
