Not only did I have a horrible experience with them so did my husband. He had a filling done , it fell out not even a week later. Than he went back and they was supposed to refill it they didn't even clean all the decay out and put way to much filling into the tooth to the point my husband felt a pop and the tooth cracked from the bottom up. I called and left several messages and. The woman Jennifer I spoke with said it happens all the time and tried blaming it on something he ate, than said he missed to Manny be appts even though he called and cancelled just not in there time frame was long enough, and. Bec he had covid or been exposed to covid when he was supposed to go but they didn't care. Bec they said same day appt only. Jennifer said she would speak with her boss and see. If she. Could make an appointment instead of same day bec I told her he was in a lot of pain, well I'm still waiting no call back. And this isn't the first time this has happened. I wouldn't recommend anyone going here. They used to be alot nicer. Idk what happened.

Had my wisdom teeth pulled dr. Patel did great job, I have had no problems with this place having been going here for about 5yrs now.... I would definitely recommend them...

Had a root canal done. It went very smoothly. Staff was very nice, knowledgeable and caring.

As a small business owner myself. I assumed they would make it right. They did not. Paid out of pocket for a root canal and a crown only to have it fall out just 15 months later. Ladd Dental then refused to make it right and fix it, They even charged me $80 when I went in to talk them about it. Expect poor quality and terrible customer service from them.

Believe all the negative reviews on here!!! It's all true. I have experienced it myself. Received horrible service here and low quality dental product. I will NEVER stop telling people how bad this place is. They will forever be the fast food restaurant of dental care in Kokomo. Do NOT get any work here done. Find someplace else.

I've been there twice. Each time was excellent. I had an upper molar removed. At least I think that's what it was. Regardless it was a breeze. Everyone showed professionalism and was happy to answer any question I asked them. I felt confident leaving and I had just a tinge of tenderness. I had a tooth pulled previously and it was very painful for days. There's no doubt that this will be my go to dentist from now on. I can't remember the dentist name, young guy who has been trained well. Thanks to all of you who took care of my pain.

Update: I called on March 21*, the person I needed to talk to was at lunch. We agreed if she didnt connect with me by 2ish, she would call on 3/22 if it required more than a voice mail answer. NO ONE has called and this is 4/13! I called today and after the "your call is important to us" it rang for 2 minutes and no answer! Not exaggerating, watched timer on phone & waited till after 2 mins. Apparently call must not be that important. *This was after waiting a lengthy time for my appointment for the required dental work. No one attempted to contact me. I call, no answers. Situation is becoming painful, still tolerable, but definitely not going to get better. Also, I haven't had headaches in years and now, pretty regular. Not sure where they're stemming from. My first impression (last paragraph), I rated them 5 stars. The staff who checked me in that day, X-rays tech, dentist, etc. were pleasant and cheerful. I made the comment about 3 months ago. I still dont have any dental work done. I love the staff! Dentist visits normally put me on edge. I can be grumpy. Everyone here was pleasant and cheerful. Thorough exam and analysis. Procedures in the future, but so far highly recommend.

I will only be taking myself and my family here for now on! I have extremely anxiety and when I mean extreme I mean extreme I always think something bad is going to happen! Dr Geiger and his assistant Stephanie was AMAZING. He pulled 4 teeth and she held my hand all the way througha thank you ladd dental for putting up with me!

Let me start out by saying I have always hated going to the dentist. But this week, Ladd Dental has made my root canal a great experience. I was offered a blanket because I was freezing and the Dr was so skilled and gentle I actually fell asleep during the procedure. He was fast and gentle.. Thank you Ladd Dental.

It would be 0 if I could. The cleaning was fine, but DO NOT let them do any kind of work on you. They lied to me about the number of cavities I had. They offered to give me fillings in wisdom teeth that needed removed. They messed up my wife's extractions multiple times. They messed up my fillings. I want to repeat, THEY LIED ABOUT THE NUMBER OF CAVITIES I HAD. Thankfully, it was all paid by insurance, so it didn't affect me. They told me I had something like 8 cavities. My insurance only covered 4 fillings, so that's what I got. I just went to a new dentist, and said that I knew I had some unfilled cavities, and they had no clue what I was talking about. I AM NOT THE ONLY PERSON I KNOW TO HAVE THIS HAPPEN. AVOID LADD DENTAL AND DO NOT LET THEM DO ANY WORK OTHER THAN A CLEANING THEY WILL SCAM YOU AND YOUR INSURANCE

Ok so I got my wisdom teeth removed today and I've had a few issues with this business and a few good things. First off my insurance covers sedation. They insisted that it did not cover it and refused to check to see if it would be covered. I get a phone call yesterday as a reminder of my appointment from Ryan (who was extremely nice and helpful) who then at the end of the conversation said " o just so you know your sedation is fully covered" which is great news, but I would have went with a different form of sedation if they would have done their job in the first place instead of just assuming they know everything. Also,....the oral sedation DID NOT work for me at all. The receptionist when you walk in is the rudest woman you will ever meet! The waiting room is not very private and she is very loud. She got an attitude any time I asked a question. She was very annoyed. I had to go outside and sit in my car to get away from her because she was that bad. The wisdom teeth removal went very smooth though. Haven't decided if I'll be back or not. I would have given 3 stars instead of 2 if someone would have made an effort the first time I asked about insurance covering my sedation.

I have been taking my grandsons to Ladd Dental for several years. I am now so disappointed in their services we are very seriously thinking of changing our dentist. The current challenge which we have had a few was trying to reschedule a cleaning appointment due to illness. They put me on hold for 27 minutes only to be transferred to an additional recording that they were too busy to take my call. I left a message and yet have been called to reschedule. Therefore I am in the process of seekung a new and reliable dentist.
