Shere grew up in the Bay Area and completed her RDA degree in 1999. She has been with Dr. Lacrampes office since 2007 and lives in Castro Valley with her husband and two dogs, Mr. Bo and Ms. Cricket. Her favorite pastimes include reading, creating stained glass, and yoga.

Debbie completed her DDS from the University of Southern California and her Bachelors of Science in Microbiology at the University of Texas, El Paso. She switched to hygiene to raise her three children and has been with Dr. Lacrampe's office for the past 21 years. Her favorite pastimes include hiking, reading, and travelling and spending time with her grandson Austen. Being originally from Texas, Debbie is an avid fan of college sports and enjoys speaking Spanish.

Minis a Registered Dental Hygienist who joined our practice in 2020. She currently lives in San Ramon with her husband, their daughter Tiffany and a little Pomeranian, Mr Chico. She is bilingual, being fluent in both English and Chinese. When Min is not working, she enjoys travelling the world and experiencing new cultures.

Monica is our Dental Assistant who joined the practice in 2020. Moving from Brazil in 1996, Monica has been a dental assistant for 24 years. She is fluent in both Portuguese and English.. She has two grown children and currently live in San Ramon with her husband and just became the proud grandmother of almost 1 year old Siena. Monica enjoys travel, gardening and having fun with friends

A graduate of the University of California, Berkeley with a dual bachelor degree in Physiology and Psychology, Dr. Pierre Lacrampe worked for several years as a pharmaceutical research chemist before attending dental school.

In 1982, Dr. Lacrampe received his DMD from Washington University School of Dental Medicine in St Louis, Missouri. He and his growing family then moved back to the San Francisco Bay Area, finally settling in the Tri-Valley in 1984. Dr. Lacrampe and his wife Martha currently live in Danville with their 4 year old German Shepherd, Isabelle

His eldest son Etienne, and wife Kristin, a Neonatologist at Childrens Hospital, welcomed their first child, Lucien, in January of 2012 and their second child, Sebastien,in March of 2014. Etienne, a graduate of Tufts University Dental School and University of Oregon Health Sciences in Portland, is a Periodontist who practices in Walnut Creek.

His daughter, Chantal, has a Doctorate in Education from St Mary's College in Moraga and is an adjunct professor in the Department of Education at UC Davis, She lives in Napa with her husband, Robert, a project engineer, and their four sons, Dylan, Ryan, Jeremy and Henri who range in age from 3 to 8 years old.

His second son, Jean-Pierre, obtained a Masters of Fine Arts in Creative Writing from St Marys College in Moraga and is and English and Creative Writing Professor at Santa Clara University and San Jose State University. He and his wife Danielle, an occupational therapist, live in Castro Valley

His youngest son, Robert, graduated with a bachelors degree from the University of California, Davis, and completed his DDS degree and Periodontal residency at USC. He currently resides in Newport Beach with his wife, Nermine and his one year old daughter, Jenine, Nermine is an endodontist who practices in the great LA area.
