Dr. Lacie Dennis and her medical team were amazing my entire visit. From the appointment start, the check in process and into the dental chair everyone was professional and met my needs. They made me feel welcome, comfortable and walked me through the dental process. Being new to Abilene area this was a welcome start. Great work to your team Dr. Dennis!!

LACKS A TRANSPARENT BILLING MODEL My wife was sold a "package" for gum disease without any sort of information about what was included. They would not accept a return for what we did not need (electric tooth-brush, water pic, prescription toothpaste - all of which we already had). Even with the package the request for a monthly follow up was excessive. Claims to have state of the art technology. Hmmm. Never saw Dr. Laci only the hygienist. Sad.

My family has been going to Dr. Dennis for over a year, and all of a sudden they are doing a lot of extra testing and "cleaning". I had it done for my daughter because, well .. she's my daughter. It cost us $344 for a dental exam that should be covered under my insurance. When I called to change my type of appointment to a "regular" cleaning that my insurance would cover, I got a txt back because they were still out to lunch, even though is was after 2. When I text back and told them I wanted to change my appointment type, I got major pushback. I just wanted a regular cleaning that is covered by my insurance. I know it is absolutely possible for them to do this cleaning because that's what they've done in the past. It finally got to the point that I told them to cancel my appointment and the rest of my families's. They told me that all 4 of our future appointments have been canceled. They seriously lost a whole family of business because I refused to be up sold for items that we did not need. I am very disappointed in this treatment. I really thought I had a dentist that cared about me and my family. Clearly not.

Professional and very very kind. Star was wonderful and helpful so my anxiety wouldn't get out of hand. The nitrous i was a bonus and Lacie the Dentist she is so gentle and compassionate. The ladies in the office were with big beautiful smiles. If I can afford it I will be back .

Dr. Dennis is the sweetest and most caring dentist I've ever been to. I never worry about her hurting me! And all the other ladies in her office are awesome!!!

I absolutely love it here! It's so serene and everything is so clean. They are so sweet here and provide amazing customer service. They treated my son so well and treated us so nicely. The technology used here is different from what I've seen before. I highly recommend this place to everyone!

This is a really nice dental practice. The office is clean. The dentist is professional. Close to my house. I was actually excited about being a patient here. However, the service I received has turned into a costly nightmare. I have a dental PPO insurance plan that is not covering certain services. I paid about $400 before I even got my teeth cleaned. Like literally for the consultation. I paid another $135. The TX Dept of Ins is now involved. And I rcvd another bill from the practice for about $200. It's not that I can't pay it, it's the principle. Quite an exorbitant amount to try and get back on track with standard cleaning. I would advise anyone who doesn't want the "edge cutting treatment in dentistry", to go some place else. This has just been a frustrating experience.

Dr Lacie is awesome and her staff is very friendly and do great work. Hygienists are very gentle and do a great job. Would recommend this office to anyone. They are very up to date on all new technology.

Was not pleased with last two visits. Walked away with the feeling of up sold. I was trying to be sold a timeshare or an upgrade at a car wash. I am 43 and have had over 100 dental visits with over a dozen different dentist offices. By far this experience felt like a money grab I'm sure my insurance got billed to the max.
