Dr. LaurenCrawfordgraduated SIU School of Dental Medicinein 2009. She spentthe first8 years of her career practicing dentistry in Illinois, Washington, Alabama,and Florida. During that time, she perfectedher skills and experienced many beautiful things, but home was never far from her mind. After working in a variety of dental settings during her travels, Dr. Crawford was finally certain that she had broadened her realm of experience enough to create a practice on her own. In late 2017 she moved back to her hometown of Benton, IL and started LaBuwi Crawford Dental Wellness LLC in the footprint of her father's old dental practice.Dr. Crawford and her husband worked tirelessly renovating the buildingand updating the equipment to create a more modernized family dental practice. Today she stays abreast of new procedures and technologies through continuing education seminars and training. Dr. Crawford strives to provide a high standard of care in a fun yet professional environment. She wants every patient to leave the office smiling.
Dr. Robin S. LaBuwi DMD graduated from Southern Illinois University School of Dental Medicinein 1977. Hehas been providing compassionate, quality general dentistry services to Southern Illinois for more than 40 years. Whether Dr. LaBuwi was your dentist or your coach, he likely played a role in your life. He has been coaching in Benton and the surrounding areas almost as long as he has been practicing dentistry. When he isn't working, you may find him spending timeat alocal restaurant, hanging out with his grandchildren, on the high school football field or training in the weight room. He also serves on the Benton School Board andthe Booster Club. Dr. LaBuwibleeds maroon and he takes great pride in serving ourcommunity.

I have always had a wonderful experience here for routine dental care throughout the years. I started seeing Dr. LaBuwi when I was a child, and I am so grateful that Dr. Lauren Crawford is now part of the practice. I had a gingivectomy today (honestly, I didn't even know this was a thing until recently) which transformed my smile. A short cosmetic procedure made a world of difference in my smile and confidence! I thought I was simply born with a smaller tooth on my front right side, but with a simple procedure, my teeth are much more symmetrical! Highly recommend Dr. Crawford for all of your dental needs.

Dr. Lauren Crawford is awesome. I felt after the loss of Fred Whitlatch I would never find another comparable dentist. I was wrong. Dr. Crawford is professional, knowledgeable, and very caring for her patients. She takes the time to explain about the procedures she uses. I found her treatments to be entirely painless. If you are looking for an outstanding dentist in the Benton area I would strongly suggest you see Dr. Crawford and her staff. Harold Combs

I do not like going to the dentist. It usually involves pain of some kind. This doctor and her staff are amazing! She makes it as painless and pleasant as possible. The experience while not the most pleasant was as good as it could have possibly been. Great job Doc!!!

I have been to 7 dentist since the death of my beloved dentist fred whitlatch. I have have ran into more crooked money hungry dentist than I care to ever experience .the people here are great they are nice, very knowledgable ,and take care to make sure it's all done right. I finally found my replacement for my new dentist. They get you right in and deal with whatever reason you are there for.
