Dr. LaurenCrawfordgraduated SIU School of Dental Medicinein 2009. She spentthe first8 years of her career practicing dentistry in Illinois, Washington, Alabama,and Florida. During that time, she perfectedher skills and experienced many beautiful things, but home was never far from her mind. After working in a variety of dental settings during her travels, Dr. Crawford was finally certain that she had broadened her realm of experience enough to create a practice on her own. In late 2017 she moved back to her hometown of Benton, IL and started LaBuwi Crawford Dental Wellness LLC in the footprint of her father's old dental practice.Dr. Crawford and her husband worked tirelessly renovating the buildingand updating the equipment to create a more modernized family dental practice. Today she stays abreast of new procedures and technologies through continuing education seminars and training. Dr. Crawford strives to provide a high standard of care in a fun yet professional environment. She wants every patient to leave the office smiling.
Dr. Robin S. LaBuwi DMD graduated from Southern Illinois University School of Dental Medicinein 1977. Hehas been providing compassionate, quality general dentistry services to Southern Illinois for more than 40 years. Whether Dr. LaBuwi was your dentist or your coach, he likely played a role in your life. He has been coaching in Benton and the surrounding areas almost as long as he has been practicing dentistry. When he isn't working, you may find him spending timeat alocal restaurant, hanging out with his grandchildren, on the high school football field or training in the weight room. He also serves on the Benton School Board andthe Booster Club. Dr. LaBuwibleeds maroon and he takes great pride in serving ourcommunity.
