Dr. Samuel received his Master of Public Health degree from Northern Illinois University and his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the University of the Pacific Arthur A. Dugoni School of Dentistry. Dr. Samuel lived in India, Illinois, and California before visiting Texas in 2010. It wasnt long before he decided to put down roots and call Texas home.
He is committed to continuing education and takes many advanced courses each year to enhance his skills to serve the dental care needs of his patients better and provide them with a gentle and comfortable dental experience.
Dr. Samuel loves languages and speaks English, Spanish, French, Hindi, Telugu, and Punjabi. In his free time, you can find Dr. Samuel running, biking, and trying new restaurants with his wife, Dr. Jasleen Randhawa, who is an oncologist. Dr. Samuel proudly serves as a Captain in the United States Army Reserves.

Took my daughter there for her first check up, Dr. Samuel was very patient and caring made her first dentist experience smooth and enjoyable. Staff is amazing and friendly as well!

The doctor is always so patient with my kids and does awsome job. My kids will only see him, we moved but always drive to go too this dentist only

I made an appointment on their website and they called me within a hour to confirm. I went in the next day, they took me in quickly. With this being my first time there, it was the best experience just making the appointment and even in person. I had been told by another dentist that my tooth was cracked and I would need a crown, tooth canal or pull the tooth. After my visit at Laporte Smiles, Dr Samuel grinded down the tooth as it was rubbing with one on the bottom and after taking xrays to see the root was not cracked no more worked will have to be done. I appreciate him not taking me or my insurance for granted. Knowing that going to the dentist is not every ones favorite thing to do, Dr. Samuel makes the experience comfortable.

Excellent service! Wonderful doctor - nice and knowledgeable. Gave me a variety of treatment options, told me the pros and cons of each, and was very patient while I asked 20 questions. Great with kids. Was very respectful of my time - did a good job of getting me in and out in a timely manner. Staff was friendly. First time here but definitely going back.
