We will be more than happy to submit all insurance forms for you and help you recover the most from your benefits. We will do everything we can to help you afford the treatment you need and want. For patients who require major work, a complete payment plan is designed with an appropriate payment schedule. Forms of payment accepted by the office are check, cash, or any major credit card.
Regular dental visits are essential to make sure oral health problems from tooth decay to oral cancer are detected and treated in a timely manner. At our office, your oral health is our paramount concern. We want to make sure your teeth stay healthy, function well and look great! From regular cleanings and exams to advanced restorative treatments, all of your routine dental needs can be met right here.
If you have a life-threatening or severe injury, call 911 or go directly to the nearest hospital emergency room. We can treat a variety of traumatic dental injuries, including teeth that have been chipped, moved, or knocked out entirely. Please call our office for assistance.

I had started going there and loved it until I called to make an appointment 2 weeks ago for a cleaning and was told Dr Baker had no appts until December. Very very disappointed. I told her that was unacceptable and was forced to go to another dentist.

Best experience I have ever had at a dentist for my children and myself!! Dr. M-Baker is absolutely amazing with my youngest and provides treatment plans that are appropriate for the age and stage the child's teeth are in. Madison, the dental hygienist is the sweetest, paitent and most caring hygienist you will ever meet! She listened to my concerns and anxieties and made me actually look forward to coming back! No joke!! Dr.Baker, who does the adult side of the practice was also a gem and reassured my comfort throughout any needed procedures without hesitation. I would highly reccomend this office group to anyone !!

La Porte Family Dental is such an excellent Dental practice! I started taking the first of my three children to see Dr. Helmle over 19 years ago as he was a Pediatric Dentist. He and his office staff along with the Dental Hygienists were wonderful with my children and were exceptional in dentistry. When Dr. Helmle retired, the practice was taken over by Dr. Molavi and Dr. Baker thus changing the practice name to La Porte Family Dental. I could not have handpicked two higher quality and welcoming Dentists as Dr. Molavi and Dr. Baker. They soon started taking adults which really thrilled me! I quickly left my Dentist of over ten years to become a patient at La Porte Family Dental. I have found that I could not be in better hands! Another great aspect is the fact that the Dental Hygienists and office staff all stayed on with Dr. Molavi and Dr. Baker. I highly recommend this Dental Practice to anyone from age one to a hundred! - Robyn S.

I find the entire staff very professional and friendly. They do try to be very accommodating for scheduling and I've had no problems rescheduling if necessary. The hygentists and the doctors are very efficient, thorough, and gentle during all the procedures I have had. I highly recommend La Porte Family Dental...they are the best!

I was very hopeful with this office, but ultimately will not go back. After first visit, I scheduled to have both sons seen on same day to have additional work done. Office girl called dentist over to find a time that would work. We scheduled. When they called a day or so out to confirm, they only had one on the schedule and could not accommodate the other one. We had to reschedule for another 2 weeks out. When I received the EOB after the visits, I realized that this office does not honor insurance prices even though they are an in net work provider. After discussing with insurance company, they can do this, but most do not for in net work patients. Guess my family of 5 will find somewhere else to do business.

What kids love going to the dentist?...mine! La Porte Family Dental's team took extra care to make sure my kids were comfortable with their cleanings and fillings. Recently I had to change our scedule around, and they were very helpful in accommodating. Happy that my kids are actually looking forward to going back in June. Thanks!
